I use the TONGS to jelq and clamp but I still, of course, use my hands too for those exercises. I've been warming up nearly every workout too lately....it really does make a difference,,,,I can see that when I'm pumped in the cylinder, I get to the desired length and girth faster than if I didn't warmup. Also the consecutive pumping/jelqing/clamping feels better and SAFER too!! I'm still luvin the tongs, and they are still a VERY useful tool and not just hype. :-)
