  • 0 EQ after hanging = no sex

    Currently im folllowing Bibs actual hanging guide that he sends through email when you purchase his hanger.

    But his routine guide goes
    1st day start 2.5-5 pounds 2-3 sets x20 min. With 10 minute breaks

    He saids add 15% weight each week and 1 set per week untill reaching maximum of 4 hours

    So I started off at 2.5 pounds and I am currently 4.5 pounds doing 6 sets a day (I am following his routine) Ive been at it for about a month

    Currently my EQ is at 0 I cant hold an erection for seconds and my sensitivity is horrible. Sex doesnt even feel good anymore. (I have an urge for sex/masterbation) but cant stay erect.

    At this point I need advice from everyone. Bib states that EQ is brought down from hanging and you should never stop hanging.. So I dont see how I can recover my EQ if I cant take rest days. Any advice would be appreciated on what I should do.

    Take a break. I had to take a break after 24 days straight. When your EQ comes back, starting hanging again or do like I did and take a day off. It helps a lot. He preaches not take a lot of break days. However, every once in a while, you need a break! Good luck

        For me it took only one day. It was amazing the difference I felt the day after I took off. But it may be different for you. You went to absolute failure, I didn't go that far but close. It might take you a couple days. If you dont want to stop hanging then just do 1 set each day at a low weight. That way you are still working it out, but not at a high level. Only you will know if you should or shouldn't take a break. After two weeks of hanging straight, tonight I almost took a break. But I am not there yet...

            I have gained .7 to hanging with a captain wench. I got a BIB Hardcore 2 weeks ago and I am kicking ass with it. I expect another inch gained by doing hanging and wont stop till I get that. But! I spend a lot of time hanging

              About 2 years ago I hanged with the bib starter for a year.

              My EL went from 4.8 to 5.6
              My BPEL went from 6.8-7.8

              My bpel stayed the same my EL went back down to 4.8 but after a month of hanging im back at 5inches el

              The only reason im asking for advice is because when I was hanging 2 years ago I was on SSRI meds which kill erections period. So I thought the meds was killing my EQ back when I was hanging so I didnt care. But now that im off the meds and im hanging I know it was hanging that made my EQ shit aswell.

                I am pretty sure you stay at the same weight until you reach the maximum amount of sets you wish to hang per day, then at that point you start to increase weight. Not weight and sets at the same time.

                At only 4.5 lbs it is not hanging that is causing this, it is either your wrap being too tight or your hanger being too loose. Either will cause issues with slippage or strangulating your meat rocket. Wrapping too tightly cuts off blood flow, a loose hanger slips and in effect becomes a noose, this places pressure on the dorsal nerve bundle and this is what causes loss of sensitivity, loss of EQ and the feeling of numbness will increase. You must figure out what the issue is because as I said before, it is not the weight or the amount of sets at the 6 week mark.

                You need to eliminate one possibility at a time or your recovery will be longer. Also, be sure that you tighten your hanger more after you start your first set. The need for comfortable sets is far more important than going up in weight or adding sets.

                  I hanged for nearly a year but quit for a year but I feel that I can hang so much more easily now after 3 weeks but im listening to my body and im doing 7.5 pounds to avoid problems and play it safe but im feeling fine. ( I think its safe to say that I have good experience from the year of hanging I did and I know whats good and whats bad and playing it safe)

                  I am not trying to pick on you here heat but if you want help you have to shoot at us straight, your saying that your hanging at 4.5 lbs but this post of yours a week or so back say that you were jumping up to 7.5, we can not help you if you dont say what is going on. I am only able to help you as much as you are willing to present your issues as clear as you can. I just gave you advice based on your issues at 4.5 lbs but then I remember the last thread, I pop back there and see that you were at 7.5 lbs and then I wonder. How do I give advice, now it could be a different answer.

                  Think back, to help you I need your wrap, your hanger, your hanger settings, your girth, what you do step by step, and I mean in great detail from the time you start your warm up until the moment you gently set the weight down while it is attached to your ding a ling.

                  I can say for a fact that something about your technique is wrong, the bib hanger is a great device but it is not very forgiving.

                    I tried 7.5 for about 2-3 days but I had 0 eq and couldnt feel my head but never had pain.

                    So I bumped down to 5 and I could start to feel my glands again but still my EQ was bad so I jumped to 4.5 for a day or 2.

                    Now im back at 2.5 so I think im going to do 2.5 untill I hit 6 sets then bump up in weight.

                    But before I do that I want to take a 2 day break with just 1 set each day and see if I go back to normal

                      My girth is 5 inches my EL is now 5 inches and my BPEL is 7.

                      I use the bib starter

                      I wrap (theraband 2 layers) 1.25 inches behind my glands (pretty much all the way at the bottom of my penis when flacid) I strech my flacid penis out then attach the hanger then push out all the blood out of my glans before tightnening

                      I tighten all 3 bolts untill they are nice and tight so theirs no slipping/pain

                      Right now I am hanging SD on my bed using a pulley


                      But I am being straight forward and honest with my info its just that I posted it in a confusing way I apologize.

                      But pretty much when I started hanging 24 days ago I started at 2.5 pounds doing 4x20

                      I thought 2.5 was a joke so I quickly moved up to 4.5- 5 pounds 3-5 days later

                      A week later I believe I moved up to 7.5 doing about 6-9 sets for 2-3 days then bumped down 5 pounds after having no EQ/ sensitivity

                      ( I never once felt pain or saw discoloration or bruising) I only felt the loss of sensitivity and barely felt my glans when doing 7.5)

                      I am currently @ 2.5 doing 1-2 sets to see if my penis goes back to normal

                        Something doesn't sound right. You should only have to tighten the top wingnut each time. The bottom wingnuts are for setting the bottom gap, which you should only have to do initially, after which they should remain put.

                          Please remember this: You must start at a low weight, 2-5 lbs, for 2-3 sets only. (Sets should be no more than 20 minutes long, with 10 minute rest periods in between, to return full circulation.) Then, add sets until you reach your available privacy time (max 4 hours, twelve 20 minute sets). Only add one new set each week. Then after reaching your time maximum, you can begin to add weight, about 15% each week, until you reach fatigue within the first set or two. That weight is what I call the current max weight. Then, reduce the weight in subsequent sets as needed to remain comfortable.

                          From there, only increase your max weight when you no longer reach fatigue within the first set or two. Also do this slowly, increasing your max weight only 15% per week.

                          Please don't start out at high weights, and do not increase weight more than 15% each week. The soft tissues, skin, nerves, blood vessels, smooth muscle, must have time to adapt. Further, you must learn how the hanger works, and it is much safer, and easier to do this at lower weight. You can then adapt your technique as weight goes up.

                          Also, learn the differences in what you are feeling. When there is discomfort, learn to identify the discomfort, exactly where it is, what the problem is. There is good discomfort from tissue deformation, and bad discomfort from faulty hanging technique.

                          Anytime you have skin irritation, do not stop hanging completely. Cut back on the number of sets and/or weight, but do not stop. If you stop, the skin will quickly lose conditioning. If you keep going, it will adapt.

                          But since ive been following his routine and my EQ is at 0 and sensitivity please is at 0 im going to try 1 weight (2.5) and work up to 6 sets .

                            Big 0 my warm up is hot water from a 5 -10min hot shower while jelqing and streching in all directions

                            And I wait 10 minutes between sets while doing light jelqs.

                            But I do feel that I might be tightening the bolts too much.

                            I tighten enough to that I have no pain/theirs no slip but I try to tighten enough so I know im grasping the internals. But sometimes to have no slipping I do have to tighten very tight.

                            But I do hand far from my glans (all the way at the bottom of my penis) so I dont think im putting pressure on my glands. Any advice ide really appreciate it.
