Hi guys, it's been a while since I decided to visit this forum again. A while back, I attempted JP's 90 day routine and I'm pretty sure I barely lasted a week. After a few days I simply forgot about PE. I'm back now and I'm thinking about going right to hanging because I don't need girth gains and I hear hanging is the way to go for length. What do you guys think? I would obviously proceed with caution and begin with 2.5 lbs @ 2-3 sets the first few weeks - maybe even months. I read somewhere it might even be a good idea to begin hanging after a long break from PE ( once again, as long as you take it slowly ). Any suggestions?

Welcome back! I recommend you revisit the JP program to condition your unit. It is dangerous to hang without your penis being conditioned. Why give up on something if you weren't committed to it in the first place. 1 week is not giving the routine a chance at all. Let alone, most hangers hang 10+ hours a week to see good gains, me included. Now it takes some time to build up to this and I don't encourage a beginner to hang this much. If you couldn't last 1 week how are you going to put 10 hours in a week.

There are others who believe that hanging is one of the safest methods of PE there is, if done correctly and at a low weight to start with. I know many say to do the 90 day routine first. I wont say they are wrong because they err on the side of caution which is never a bad thing, however, I do not buy into that.
In my humble opinion if one starts off with hanging at 2 or 3 pounds, I cant see how it is any less safe then tugging on ones wiener with their hands, I am sure that most are pulling with ,ore than 2 or 3 pounds of force, I have alwasy been a fan of hanging from the get go and had I known it was safe when I started and I could do it over again I would have hung from day # 1Going an inch and 1/2 deeper than before

I never assumed that it was because you couldn't do it. Many people stop because something gets in the way. Work has interrupted my PE for 3 months in the past.12-5-11 --- 7-4-14

Ahmed, I beleive only way to condition your dick for hanging is hanging. It feels different than manuals...I wish I was in your position at this moment because you haven't done much PE prior to hanging so you will gain the most from hanging...And I also suspect you have a higher LOT so right now is the best time for you to start hanging, you will gain faster. I wish I did not do manuals before hanging or I would have much better chance of gains with lower weights...
Start hanging Straight Down with 2.5-3 pounds, don't increase until you don't feel a good stretch.

I'm also a believer that one can start hanging without prior experience as long as the progression is slow and controlled.
The danger of hanging to a new member is that it is very easy to overdo it and use too much weight before you are conditioned enough for it. If you're going to start with hanging, stick to the rule of increasing in small (0.5 - 1 lb.) increments no more often than one a week.

If there's one single thing I have learned about PE it's that it's all about commitment and discipline. If you aren't sure you can stick to doing a routine 5 or so days a week for months on end, often going for weeks and weeks without any change, then there's not much point starting up. The guys on here who achieve their goals have extreme discipline and they REALLY want this. It's much less important whether you do manual stretching or hanging, that isn't the main factor in whether you'll be successful.

I never did the full JP 90 day routine, I did a modified version of it and I pumped instead of jelqued. I gained a bout 3/4s of an inch in length but then went to hanging. I gained 1/2 of an inch hanging but this was after I had made all my newbie gains so it is hard to tell. many gain very very well with the JP 90 day routine. Many gain well with hanging, I think they are both great if you stick with either. For me it came down to being able to multi task while I was hanging. I simply dont want to sit around using my hands on my wang for a few hours a day, with hanging or pumping I can do many things with my hands.Going an inch and 1/2 deeper than before

I have a question about hanging and I found your thread. I started hanging with a homemade setup a week and a half ago and I started wearing a Stealth about a month ago. I started with 2.5lbs of weight and I have already gotten to the point where 2.5lbs is not enough at 20 minutes - been doing 20 on 10 off in 5 sets. I mix up the hanging at different angles, I do the BTC hang for 3 sets then one set over each thigh. Don't know if that is good or not. I noticed that my stretch with the 2.5lb weights is only around 6.25" but when I upped it to 5lbs, I get a little over 7" on the stretch (the best way I can figure to measure anyways). I can only hang with 5 lbs for about 12-15 minutes at a time. The only discomfort I feel is in the ligs and the skin, nothing in the urethra, etc. and still getting good erections. Does it sound ok doing the routine this way? Any pointers? I have gained already just from the low weights and I attribute a lot of it to the Stealth not allowing me to turtle for the past month.
I started with BPEL of 7.5" and with a good EQ I am now reaching just barely under 8" BPEL. To be fair, I use to be 8" NBPEL in my early 20's and I weighed the same as I do now in my 40's (but I have a little more fat there now too), so I know it is there already and I am sure I am just getting some of it back. I have gained nothing in the flaccid stage which is all well and good but I would like to be a shower too!
Any tips would be great. I skipped the JP90 routine because I can't work my penis with my hands all day either. I have to work and I luckily work from home
