Read it in the forum, a moderator estimated an inch for 1500-2500 hours...

me as well, but i should say this was an uninterrupted amount of hrs no weeks off maybe a day or 2 here and there. and 6 hr min per day but 8 was what i shot for back in the day.
4 hr will not cut it, maybe in the later stages of the extender work like after 1000 hrs of 6 and 8 hrs per day. because your already in growth mood but for those who think your going to gain with 4 hr don't wast your time. think of it like this when lengthening a leg they don't put in traction for a few hr then remove the traction no they keep the traction on 24/7 same should go for the penis. technically i think you should be able to lengthen the penis easier then a leg due to there is no bone.

Considering the recommended 600-900g tension, is there any way with which to gauge the amount of tension being used when using the PMP ADS leg strap? I want to use this in my routine as well, but don't want to be applying any more force than necessary.

I've not heard of a way to gauge the PMP Strap amount of pull/tension. At best, it seems a subjective judgement based on sensation. You could take some measurements while in the extender & try to replicate them while using the Strap.
Many say they use the Strap as part of an ADS effort.

Yes exactly! 8 hours sounds waaaaaay too much! doable but it is against the whole point of having an extender. I like the idea of extending with a device because I don't have to spend 45-60 mins doing manuals. Now doing 8 hrs of extending in my case would mean taking it off 6-7 times to get the blood running again and then having it on for too long is not that comfortable really... so it kinda defeats the whole purpose if you guys catch my drift.02/10/12: NBPEL: 6,75" (17cm) MidEG: 4,75" (12cm)

I had a feeling that it would have been a case of judgement based on sensation, but was hoping there would be a more 'scientific' or 'specific' method! According to the PMP manual it says there is a tool on their website to gauge the tension (via the strap) but I could not locate it, hence my query in this thread.
Yesterday I wore the strap for a few hours in one direction, today I will replicate the hours but in the opposite direction in order to maintain some balance!

The point of an extender is to increase penis size. You're just assuming that it 'should' take only a few hours a day. I would love it to take only an hour or two a day but that isn't the reality. You have to wear it a lot and for such a small gain per month. It sucks but what can we do about it, nothing. We either have to just get on with it and extend, or we give up and don't grow.

Extenders are a tradeoff.
Instead of 1-2 hours of "Active" PE work where you do nothing but PE exercises, you wear them all day while at the same time being able to pretty much go about your daily activities as normal. In this sense, they take no extra time out of your day (aside from putting it on and removing it a few times). For some the tradeoff is worth it, for others it isn't.

Lol when you are trying to gain 2 inches in length with PE, there is no too much. Besides I think it makes more sense having the extender on for as long as possible everyday, since it provides low tension, much lower than manuals or hanging, so in order to have cell deformation the longer you have it on the better...Also manuals don't work for many people. And many also stop gaining after newbie gains.

The main reason I want to achieve length gains via Penis Extender is because you do not have to solidify your gains and I have carpal tunnel so messing with my junk for an hour a day would really irritate it i'm assuming.
Extender gains seem to be permanent from what I've read and some people have said that they lose a little bit of their gains. That's okay with me, I just shoot for .5 inches more than my "goal" and so if I lose any gains I won't have to worry about it. I really only want 1 inch in gains, but shooting for a 2 inch length gain won't hurt just to be on the safe side.
I would rather change the extender a few times a day rather than contribute a whole hour straight to PE, I already life weights almost everyday so that is my daily routine. I am home very often so the extender is perfect to wear in the comfort of my home.
I understand the concept of a little bit each day adds up, I used to do 100 push ups a day and I'd put a tally mark for each day, eventually adding up to thousands of push ups.Its the same concept with Penis extenders , Just have to wear it 6-8 hours per day with patience and before I know it i'll have length gains.Last edited by Salingo; 08-28-2013, 07:43 PM.<link removed by Admin>
