This is also correct, because the most important measurement with extenders is time, and tension is a secondary importance. The VLC Tugger is helping me keep the hours up. Putting on an extender for 10hrs a day is absolutely insane in my opinion but I understand it must be done. I've been putting in about 6hrs a day since I got the VLC Tugger which by the way Ron Low if your reading this, thank you for the invention. Theres no way I could be able to put in so many hours if I didnt extend at work where I rack up most my hours and the VLC just does such an excellent job of not slipping off its amazing.
My thing has been to just let the hours come to me and when I get bigger I get bigger, the more I obsess about it the higher the dissappointment when I measure and dont see gains.

I just keep looking at the hours and trying to focus on that rather than the gains. The goal should be to ''put in 2,000 hours with the extender and then see where I'm at'' rather than ''I need to gain an inch in the next 6 months or I'm screwed!''
I get in 3 to 5 hours a day at work, and this really helps with the hourage.

4 hours is the bare minimum I was doing that a while back with an occasional 6 to 7 hour session per week..you will be spinning your wheels doing 4 hrs per day microgains over months.. imo 6 plus is where its at..combine all day stretcher with an extender if you must..further more this 1inch per 1000hrs is bs its closer to 2000hrs.

super good thread here. I wish i would have read this when i started... I have been using the PMP for the past 3 months. i took off about a month or so because of girlfriend issues. Now i'm back at it. and the good news is that i'm picking up right where i left off. I gained probably .25" in 3 months (this is incorporating hand stretching) and now with 3 days under my belt i'm right back where i left off.
I'm using lower tention now and adding the hours extending during the day now. Its so much easier and more comfortable with lower tension.
In my opinion Hand Stretching and some girth work are a must to incorporate with extending... if your going to put in 10 hours a day in a penis torture device you could do 20 minutes of stretching in there somewhere. it would greatly benefit your efforts.

I'm also a bit confused as to how to measure tension, I'm using an x4 extender. If someone could shed some light on that I'd appreciate it.
Also, I've read some mixed reviews about sleeping with it on. A lot of people say set an alarm, which seems smart, and I have been doing. I must be using too much tension, because within an hour I find myself needing to take it off.
If someone with a bit of x4 experience could shed some light on tension, and sleeping with it at night, I'd appreciate it!

I used a extender for 6 months with little gain, just a sore pelvis, and penis near my glans. Yes, I used too much tension, but didn't know how much I was using (there isn't a way to measure). So I bought a fish scale to pull up until all the weight was off and it read 3 lbs. So, I thought I needed more. (I didn't realize that less tension is better).
I now use modified ELS40 (open end), and have tried a pallosans, PMP, and ELS40 cap. Only one I haven't tried is the VLC tugger.
Does anyone know how many lbs is 600-900 grams?
I must be a hard gainer, as I've gained .5 inch in 2 years at 8 hours a day, every day for two years.
I still must be using too much tension.

Well .5 is better than nothing I suppose.
I don't think you should keep extending though, maybe try hanging or manual stretching?
I say this because after nearly 6000 hours of extending you haven't gained an inch when the general rule of thumb is 2000 hours for 1 inch.Last edited by Salingo; 10-01-2013, 03:10 PM.<link removed by Admin>

Thats what I was thinking Salingo. I have the LG Hanger, but got a blister, so I'm using the Bib for a couple weeks, then try to go back to the LG. I'm thinking that I need to hang for an hour in the hot tub each evening, wear the silicone tube during the night to accommodate nightly wood, (which I get several times a night which are rock hard), then wear the ELS 40 or PMP for 8+ hours a day during the daytime. However now I will ratchet down on the tension to a modest tug with the ADS.

Hmmm.. I think you should wrap properly, and make sure it feels right when attaching the LG hanger so you don't get blisters. If you wanna try another strategy to gain length I would advise hanging 2 hours everyday and then maybe adding in a 30 minute stretching routine or something like that. Also, it would probably help if you worked on your EQ as well because people say that the better your EQ the better your gains will be .
You said you have a blister, so maybe you can take some time off, and work on just your EQ during that "break time" to let your blister heal, and then after that break start hanging/stretching. That's what I would advise, i'm no expert, and I've never even hung but that is probably the most likely way to gain length for you. The fact that you wore the extender for that long shows that you have the dedication. Keep trying bro extending isn't for everyone.
I've heard of people gaining lots of length in under a year from stretching properly, and if you add hanging that would probably speed up the process i'm hoping you will gain the length you want.Last edited by Salingo; 10-02-2013, 12:30 AM.<link removed by Admin>

tim everyday I would try to extend for 30 to 45 minutes past my nbpel, currently im trying for 7 3/8ths I also occasionally try to manually stretch past 7 1/2 ..always strive for greater lengths.only use this high tension for 1 hr or you could develop small blister..also manually stretch daily
