Hey fellas. . I heard that once you maximize gains at BTC you should move to OTS or another angle. I have been doing BTC for about 2 months and I still feel sore. im doing 12.5lbs at 4 sets a day. I haven't missed a day yet. How long does it take to max out suspensatory ligs doing BTC, and how do you do an OTC angle and SU angle?
