Red spots after using Bathmate

Yesterday I used Bathmate more intensively than before, for 10 minutes and I noticed about 10 little red spots on the shaft. It's been 24 hours now and there are still here. Should I worry ? Is there anything I can do to make them disappear, and can I do exercises and use the Bathmate when I have them ?

I usually get the spots when I've slightly over dinner it, if you're getting a lot at once you really need to find it down but what I find helps is longer warm ups
