For a long time I have been looking for an ADS that I can wear nearly 24 hours a day with full safety. So I decided to try the AB Silicone Sleeve. Tim the Toolman brought it to my attention in my Tubing thread. Here is my review...
Package
The packaging was very discrete and I received it through the mail. It came in a yellow envelope and I was expecting to see a cylinder shape in the package. It was flat. I felt the envelope and the sleeve was very soft. Immediately I knew this could be great. The sleeve was put in a bag with directions on it. Roll it up….roll it on. That is it.

Material
The material is a high grade silicone with good elasticity. It would take a lot of force to tear it. This is the type of material that will tear easy once a micro tear or incision is visible. The best way I can explain how it feels is to feel your glans of your penis and squeeze. That softness is the exact way this sleeve feels. I believe this is why it works so well while being worn for extended periods of time. It is very tacky when you take it out of the package. This is great so it doesn’t slip when worn. Also, it has a unique smell that goes away after a few days.
The sleeve is 6 inches long. Once on your penis, it grips so well that it won’t slip through. This is a perfect ADS for someone who does not have a uniform shaft. One negative is this has its limits on girth. If you have a large girth, then you may find yourself getting aroused by the restriction. I am flirting with that girth now. Someone near 6 inches girth may have trouble with this.
Putting It On
The directions say to roll it up… then roll it on. It is harder said then done. I recommend standing up while putting this on as gravity is your friend. I roll it up leaving most of the way and while standing stick the head of my penis in it and fold it down the shaft. My dick is only ¾’s of the way down the sleeve. I then fold the sleeve again down my shaft. It is folded in half. I can then adjust it to the length of my dick in a comfortable state.

Comfort
This is very comfortable to wear. It is so comfortable that I don’t even realize I am wearing it. It is extremely soft and easily pliant. It can be worn under clothes with comfort and experience no pain since wearing this sleeve. It really conforms to your penis. I can urinate with this sleeve without taking it off.
Time Worn
I have been able to wear this for 23 hours straight with no problems. The only reason I took it off was to hang. This is HUGE to be able to wear an ADS comfortable/safely for extended periods of time. I can really add some time up with this sleeve.
Cleanliness
Since this sleeve is somewhat porous, I recommend cleaning it daily or every other day before bacteria would set in or smell. It is super easy to clean.
Sleeping
I have been using Tubing in the past as an ADS, but the problem is I had to take it off when sleeping. It was too rigid. Not with the AB sleeve. It can be worn while sleeping safely. I have checked and recheck cautiously for numerous nights with absolutely no sign of negative indicators. For ME, I can wear this during sleep.
Disclaimer: I do not recommend wearing an ADS during sleep. This can be very dangerous. Please use caution.
Clothing Discrete
I meet with a lot of clients all day long so I need this ADS to be very discrete under my clothes. A problem I had with the tubing device was the ability to see through clothing. Hence the nickname from my coworkers as “Magic Stick” FML I know… This sleeve is virtually discrete under clothing. I suggest wearing loose clothing so it doesn’t sit in an unnatural position. Boxers or commando works best with this device.
Cost
This sleeve cost 17.99, which is cheap for PE equipment. Time will only tell if this will hold up.
Measuring
While wearing this my flaccid hang is .6 inches longer then my flaccid hang without the device. This is not stretched flaccid length but rather a comfortable flaccid hang. This is very promising as I wear this for most of the day in this extended state. I expect flaccid gains with this sleeve.

Here is my updated progress in wearing a silicone sleeve flaccid length. It is rather obvious to see the difference between my original pics and this one. Both sets of pictures are a 6" silicone sleeve. This is exciting and I wanted to share.
