Traction wrapping while I sleep

I wanted to start this thread to hear from dudes who traction wrap or use some sort of ADS while they catch some zzz's.

Anyone devised or can share some tips for Traction wrapping at night? And whether you'd recommend it or not. Whether it has shown results.
