  • Think i'll start to clamp: Should I?

    Read a lot about clamping, but still have a hard time to know if there is a consensus on whether if one begins to clamp, if that will mean an end to potential future length gains, or if this won't interfere with still making length gains.
    I still wanna add an inch in length, but know how girth is more important to add pleasure to women (and i still need to add girth to be thick), want to take on clamping finally since i've been doing PE for a year and a half now.
    Anyone advises against (in light on the length aspect) or in favor of clamping?

    Good question! The jury is still out on this one I think

    Funnily enough I did my first clamping session this morning. I have been putting it off for ages because I always thought it would be very risky but glad I got up the courage to do it. It seems like it is the most effective way to gain girth.

    I am not too sure about if gaining girth will hinder you gaining length. There is the theory that you should get all of your length gains before concentrating on girth gains, but I am not sure how legitimate this claim is because there seems to be a lot of people that have managed to do both at the same time. There is also the TGC theory which states that if your FSL is 0.5 longer or more than your BPEL, then you should have a slightly more concentrated girth routine, even if looking for length, because it helps with smooth muscle growth, and hence a stronger erection.

    Maybe more experienced members might be able to chime in about their experiences. But with PE it doesn't seem to be a one size fits all area. What I am thinking of doing is doing girth work along with stretches and my extender over the next few months, if I gain girth, then great, but am going to try max out my length gains and then focus intently on girth, with length work taking a small fraction of my PE time.

    Are you still gaining consistently with your length? What is your BPEL to your BPFSL?

      Before you try clamping I'd try using a tight silicone cock ring whilst edging, I've tried clamping and I get just as much expansion with a tight cock ring as I do clamping ...almost a quarter inch using either method.

      I've been doing this the last 3 or so weeks, one more week and its measure time, It's looking good though

        I do want to try clamping, but i certainly don't want to jeopardise length gains. Reading more and more and some people say it hinder length gains, while others say they've gained length via clamping. Tough decision to make....

          So I just clamped for the first time today. A few questions. Please share your input:

          - i clamped while i was at about 90% erection. penis got pretty engorged, but i actually had to keep stroking it or otherwise blood would flow out pretty fast. Is it ok to stroke it while clamped, or are you supposed to leave it alone while clamped?

          - clamp didn't feel too tight. there were still a couple notches left on the cable clamp, but i just couldn't press it further , or was concerned that if i forced it it could hurt. but would've liked to feel a little bit more pressure.

          - i did 3 sets of 5 minutes each. Is that good?

          - is it okay to pump before clamping and edge after it?

          - if i do firegoat rolls after clamping, will the potential benefits go away? firegoat thin out my penis

            1. Yes.

            2. 5 minute sessions are fine to get started with, try to increase the time gradually but always make sure to take it off straight away if your dick goes numb, tingling, doesn't feel right. OH, and kegel kegel kegel!

            3. I would say yes, but I have never done it myself yet. I would think that pumping after clamping would work better and be less risky, it would help with circulation and bloodflow after the clamp session. I am going to start incorporating both soon enough.

            4. I don't know about the firegoat rolls.. Although a lot of people have said you want to keep your flaccid engorged for girth exercises and stretched/elongated (ADS etc) after hanging or manual stretches. Maybe jelqing instead of firegoat rolls?

              It is hard to choose between girth and length.
              Before 6.5 bpel 6.0 nbpel 4.9 meg
              NOW 7.5 bpel 6.5 nbpel 5.6 meg
              Goal 8.5 bpel 7.0 nbpel 6.0 meg maybe

                I've been hanging mostly and doing 2-3 days of clamping after a hanging session and I do usually 1 set 10 min clamping. Def gives u a better hang and keeps ur penis looking healthy. But If u want length I'd try to focus more on length but still dedicate some time to girth. When I was just hanging my penis was looking very skinny and not healthy. I wouldn't pump after a clamping routine though either maybe just some light Jelqs and heating pad. Clamping is pretty intense already u don't want to over do it with pumping

                  I think these are wise words
                  I really do think that a balance of length and girth work should be in everyone's PE routine, just concentrating on length exercises leaves my dick really thin and crap looking too. Whereas too much girth work leaves my dick tired as fuck.

                    Thanks for the input. I want both, length and girth, but i need to put on some extra girth now (but still want to keep gaining length)
