Title says it all, thinking about buying an extender, maybe something different, better, if there's anything out there. Also, I was wondering what some good anti-turtling sleeves are(stealth innerwear?). Ace wrap is tearing my skin off these days and I can't put myself through that almost everyday

xleeve or sealing sleeves at autoextender, for 20 u get a 8 inch silicone sleeve which u can reduce to ur preferred size. its what ive been using and i love it, my flaccid hangs at a nice 5.5-6 nbpfl.
if u want comfort u have to look into vacuum based extender/ADS like penimaster pro or phallosan forte. i have a phallosan and i got to admit it is very comfortable. -
Hmmm wouldn't sleeves need to be custom made since everyone's penis is different? And I'll look into that, I just read about hanging and I think that might better fit my needs since I don't have a lot of time to use the extender and it's not discreet. there are small/regular/big sizes and hard/soft sleeve choices, never buy the hard sleeves, they're fucking useless i bought em n i cant do shit with it. i use the medium sleeve, and it fits me perfect. just tight enough to keep me stretched out without cutting off circulationComment

I bought an abs silicone sleeve and I never wore it, hated the feel of when it was on and found it so difficult to put on/take off. Others find them fine though. However, they are not really for length gains, which is what you were asking. They are merely there for support as anti-turtling devices after an extending/hanging session or manual PE session.
If you want a device for length, then some kind of extender or hanger would be best for you. There are a number of different hangers available with the most popular being the LG hanger. However, Trepan posted a while back with his homemade hanger and this would definitely be worth looking into for a relatively free hanger:

For extending, you really need an extender you can wear comfortably, which phallosan seems to be by far the best option out there. Unfortunately however, it is very expensive. I have not come across any DIY versions like with the Trepan hanger yet, hopefully someone will make one though

Sleeves are a way to stop your penis from turtling or retracting.
They tend to be harder to get them to stay put if your uncut but can be done.
