Hi guy I just ordered the jes extender yeah I think its a pretty cool tool. I've been using it for about 5 days though and I actually can see a difference and the hang hangers lol and it is very comfortable I find myself for getting that its my question is as I start how many hours should I have it on how long should do my warm up can I sleep with the extender and if I'm sleep with the extender on and my wife want to have sex can I just take it off and have sex do I have to do a warm up before having sex do anyone have the same extender what results that you did and what are the best tips did I see you I really do not like the exercises I have tried and no they're not me but I love to do the warm and 1 down

Que the Jes Extender is a excellent device i bought mine last year and started using it religiously this year though,I have a busy lifestyle don't have the time to wear the device for hours a day so one hour-two hours does the trick for me in January 2014 i was 16.5 cm and now it's November I'm 17.8 cm almost 18 cm even though i didn't gain that much in girth I just started using my jelq device last month it's been sitting under my bed for a while now hope it brings me girth gains you know

You should not sleep with a device on.

You should work your training around your sex life. Foreplay should be enough of a warm up to get things going
