  • 1/4'' length in 4.5 months???? possible?

    Hello everyone.

    So as of right now i've set a goal (in my opinion a realistic goal). i would really like to gain 1/4" length in 4 to 5 months by primarily hanging with Bib hanger....

    my current routine: hanging 1 to 2 hours per day ( 0 days off) with 1 hour of light jelqing intermittently between sets.... Light to medium girth work 2 to 3 times per week along with light pumping 2 times per week.... pumping days i back off of hanging...

    I've already gained about an inch from my starting point in length. and .25" in girth.... i've already max out my ligaments so gains are extremely hard to come by for me..

    I've been hanging fulltime for about 4 months now and have definitely seen some progress. On a good day i'm 7.25" bpel and on a bad day i'm 7.00'' bpel.... at my smallest girth i'm 5.25'' and down at the base i'm around 6.75''... MEG i'm 5.5" (yup i got a baseball bat)
    BPFSL 7.6"

    If anyone has any advice of something i'm forgetting or not incorporating please let me know.. right now i'm recovering from an injury and trying to put together a game plan for the summer for adding a realistic 1/4"..

    Interested to know how you can say that you have already maxed out your ligaments?

      It just feels like i have.... i can hang more weight btc than i can straight out... and i have so much extra skin now that its like i'm not circumscribed......

      What do you think it means to be maxed out on Ligaments?.... Think i might not be after 4 months of BTC?

        I don't know to much about hanging, but I did notice you're not edging at the moment. If you are edging disregard this part of my post, however if you aren't, edging is the sole reason I gained roughly an 1-1.5in in length. You can read my story hear:

        To sum it up though, I basically was "edging" not knowing it, and fortunately, I grew a ton in length. Now I'm not guaranteeing anything either, but it should at least improve your chances.

        Also, about hanging, I do remember reading somewhere that this guy (its the guy that has the stuffed animal that's a horse w/a pistol between his legs for his avatar pic) talking about how you can eventually max out from hanging. I can't remember exactly what he said, but he said something along the lines that he gained a ton from hanging within the first three months. However, after that he stopped gaining b/c he pretty much toughened his ligs or whatever to the point that they could no longer be affected from hanging. He also included that this can be fixed by deconditioning your ligs or something along those lines. I'm not entirely sure, but you should be able to find this stuff if you do enough research on this site.

          SupM... thats a crazy amount of length from edging.. and No i'm not doing any edging actually.. not sure why i'm not. i guess its just one more thing to put into the bucket... I will definitely start incorporating it.

          and I think your talking about JohnPop. he has a horse cock lol.. nice guy tho! I will look into the whole deconditioning thing there might be some legitimacy to it.

            Yeah, I'm not exactly sure how it happened, but it was nice. I do believe a lot of it was probably newbie gains. Also, being younger, I'm sure hormones had something to do with it as well. The funny things is I didn't gain like any girth. It honestly made no sense. Definitely include it though, I couldn't imagine a routine without it.

            I'm pretty sure it wasn't JP, but I could be wrong. Whoever it was, there is thread somewhere buried within this site where he went on for sometime about the whole plateauing thing so hopefully you find it. good luck.

                An all day stretcher, I'm trying out DLD's Uncle Jims Wrap right now but it's only really for flaccid length gains, anyway you should look into one do a search in the forums or something, the Phallosan forte's a great one from what I've heard but it's almost 400$.

                  yo austin.. i have a peni-M-pro... but i dont really use it all that much. i'll be planning on splitting up my hanging 2 times a day. morning for 1.5 hanging hours and night 1 hanging hours. I might use it a little during the day... but other than that i think my turtleing days are behind me.. The last time my dick tutled was when i went white water rafting.. other than that i really dont turtle

                      yes I have recently done this exact thing.. 5/16th gain in about 4 months ..heavy hanging with my bib did it..i was spinning my wheels with hanging for months and months using 15 to 20 pounds..i gained zippo for months and months then I recalled an obscure statement bib made which I believe slow gainers and thick based dicks like mine needed to consider..bib said he pushed the envelope on the weights he was using...so I jumped up to 22 1/2 , 25 and now 27 1/2 pounds..after a couple weeks with these weights my flaccid stretched length jetted to 7 3/4 thereabouts...one month later I was hitting 8 inch...one month later 8 1/4 ...after a few heavy hanging sets I can now hit 8 5/8..i do no bone pressed baloney ,I just take multiple measurements, all non bone pressed..hanging definitely works but is painful as fuck, I tried every kind of wrap configuration. hanging has gotten so painful that my sets have been reduced 7 to 8 minutes, maybe im tightening the hanger to much????..or maybe the penis has bruised so badly my tolerance is being reduced.kinda sucks because I may not continue with hanging for the final 1/4 to 1/2.............I now measure 7 1/2 nbpel sitting off the edge of a bed and measuring...goal 7 3/4 nbpel to 8 1/4nbpel x 6 1/8 msg to 6 1/4 msg ...I only use btc position when hanging, I always do some hard manuals and ruler stretches after hanging..i have found that manuals are much more productive after hanging..after un wrapping I will use a heating pad for a couple of minutes then I stretch..then if im tired or my dick is to bruised and pained from hanging I will use my extender..i typically do 4 to 6 sets a day 7 days a week and extend 2 to 4 hours a day right now....now standing at 7 1/2 nbpel x 6 1/8 msg ,started at 6 nbpel x 5 3/4 msg.....one set equal 20 minutes btw..it takes me 3 mini sets to get my 20 minutes now

                            Hey, ive been hangin for about 5months, didnt measure initially... but now hanging 10lbs abt 4sets daily.....
                            could you tell me how you made the leap to heavier weights?
                            I keep hearing people with my exact time experience hanging twice as much as me and im ready to step it up.....
                            i measured a couple days ago and results are very insignificant so im looking to turn up the heat

                              haha, I've got dumbells up to 70 lbs, now just gotta get my Bib hardcore.

                              On the real, I will start off light when I begin hanging, but I have seen a correlation (from what many have reported) between heavier hanging for short periods and quicker, more dramatic gains, as opposed to lighter loads and longer duration. I'm sure many will disagree, and it may be an individual-response thing though.
