  • Clamping and Pumping routine

    Hi guys,

    I''m trying to find a good routine for expanding my girth which makes use of my pump AND my clamp. I was thinking the following:

    10 minute warm up

    Clamping
    10 minutes clamp
    1 minute warm wrap
    10 minutes clamp
    1 minute warm wrap
    10 minutes clamp
    1 minute warm wrap

    Pumping
    20 minutes pump at 5hg
    1 minute warm wrap
    20 minutes pump at 5hg
    1 minute warm wrap
    20 minutes pump at 5hg

    10 minutes warm down

    I'm thinking about doing this Monday, Wednesday and Friday with a break in the weekend. What do you guys think? Would it also matter which order I use the device in, ie would it be better to pump first rather then clamp? Do I even need to pump at all or can I just do clamping and get girth gains?

    BPEL: 4.5"
    EG: 4"

    16/12/13 (Slight decrease in routine)
    BPEL: 5"
    EG: 4 and 1/8"

    12/01/14 (Back on routine)
    BPEL: 5 and 2/8"

    3. What do you intend on doing while clamped?

    - A preliminary view of your routine looks good. Some people prefer to split clamping and pumping up into sets like what you have done. Whereas others (like myself) prefer longer durations but less sets of both. It just depends on which you see the best results from. For me, expansion only begins at around 10 or 15 minutes of clamping, or after 30 minutes of pumping.

      1. Yes I'm currently using them both with that routine. My original goal was to do this routine Monday - Friday, but after reading some more information that might be a little too intense to begin with

      2. I've been using the pump for around 6 months now. Clamping is only recent and I've introduced it into my routine a month or so ago. Before I had the pump I conditioned myself with the JP90 routine.

      3. Not sure what you mean? I Kegal whilst clamping to keep the blood flowing but that's it.

      For me, I don't really see expansion after I clamp. The I only see expansion after the second 20 minute session of pumping.

        I mean perform manual exercises while clamped. Have a look at my journal for ideas maybe, I do double handed squeezes, erect bends, and jurassic crushers while clamped. The expansion is crazy, like 0.5 inches bigger than my normal erect size.

        Like I mentioned to others, I only get expansion after around 15 minutes of being clamped, so maybe longer sets of clamping might be better for you? I would say work up your times with clamping over the next few weeks until you are able to stay clamped for 20-30 minutes. That is the way I like it, but again, everyone is different.

        I prefer long clamp session followed by a long pump session. I get great expansion. Anyway, good luck with your routine, I think clamping and then pumping is key to girth gains, but perhaps consider doing manual exercises while clamped for great expansion.

          Ah I see what you mean now. Hmm manual exercises while clamping does sound good! It also sounds a bit extreme for me just now though so what I think I'll do is lower my clamping session back down to 5 minutes sessions and add in some double handed squeezes and make these sessions longer as I get used to them.

          Hopefully get to 30 minutes of full on clamping with manual work soon!

          How much hg do you go to for your long pumping sessions?

            Yeh, it is what works for me anyway. I definitely think the clamping-manual girth exercises-pumping routine feels the best from any set-up I have done so far. Very intense though. I pump at around 4-5 hg, but I do a few high-intensity pumps up to 10hg and let it drop back down. I also "milk the tube" a bit, which feels good.               Hi kickinthemebs,

              I've started the Mon, Wed, Fri routine with 3 x 30 mins clamp with manual squeezes and let me say, WOW. It definitely does something and he's getting more expansion now. And if I proceed to pump it's getting quite engorged! Hopefully, if I can work around my busy schedule and keep this consistent then I will see good girth gains!

              I'm sure the Mrs will appreciate it too

                Brilliant, I am so glad to hear it! Clamping for longer sets is way way better. Performing manual exercises during it is the best, it is badly needed. You get the best expansion. The manual squeezes are great, the double-handed squeezes and also the Jurassic crushers are fantastic, although VERY intense. Those latter ones you would only want to do in a few sessions a week maximum, and forget getting an erection after them!

                Pumping is great after any PE girth workout I find because there is no obligation for you to get it up and it seems to really engorge your expansion loads! Keep us posted about your progress please, I hope your hard work pays off.
