So I tried this type of clamping and wanted your guys feedback on it. I decided to just try it out to break the monotony of my routine. I started with rolls as a warm up. I placed the string at the base and edge to 70-90% erection level. After two minutes I took it off and jelqued a little and placed it back for another 4 minutes.
Somethings I noticed:
-I have a pleasure sensation when I kegel during the clamping
-I lose erection relatively easily when clamping
-After I finished clamping, my dick felt heavier, my meg and beg girth didn't expand
-I noticed the girth of my head expanding tho
-I couldn't reach a 10/10 erection, but when I came close, my dick definitely felt thicker and heavier in my hand, but couldn't reach the rock hard 'steel' level
-Veins were very prominent throughout my shaft
-I reached PONR really quickly under like 2 minutes numerous times when I edged right after clamping
-I have trouble getting an erection right after my routine without stimulation like porn. Could only reach maybe 70-80%
-In general my dick feels tired and went back to flaccid really quickly
I definitely have trouble with girth exercises in general. My dick just isn't strong. So short and intense routines are the way to go for me
