    Hello guys, i've been doing some thinking about pumping...

    From what I understand, pumping for girth is different than manual exercises for girth..

    With pumping the gains come slower , sorta like extending, eventually the gains you make from pumping will remain permanent the longer you do it.


    So in this sense wouldn't it be a lot more beneficial to pump ever single day instead of lets say, 2 days on 1 day off?


    I don't do any manual PE at all, I just pump at low HG for an hour . Would it benefit me to go from 2 days on 1 day off to every single day??

    If not, please explain why. Thank

    I do PE with bathmate, and i've been thinking about this in the last month.
    I think that it depends on how well conditionated you are, and how much manual excercise you do. If you don't do any PE, then probably 3 doys on 1 off, 2 on and 1 off could work for you, but i wouldn't recommend do in it all days. Also, one hour seems to much for me.

    When i use the bathmate i neve go for more than 20 minutes in total. I do 4 sets: 5 minutes, 6.5 minutes, 5 minutes, 3 minutes. And increasing pressure with each set (the first set is almost low pressure). It seems in this way, i can increased the expansion, and i feel very confortable when i arrive to the last set (high pressure).

      It would be best to ease your way into using the bathmate everyday. But definitely not from the start. Condition your penis by pumping every other day, then 2 on 1 off, then 3 on 1 off, then 4 on 1 off (etc) until you're pumping comfortably everyday without any negative PIs.
      Start: 6.125" x 4.5"
      Current: 7" x 4.8"

      Goal: 8"x5.5"

        I'm at the point I could pump everyday if I wanted to. When I started it was pump then 2 days off. Few weeks later it was pump followed by 1 day off. Now I like 2 days on 1 day off just because I believe in rest days.

        Of course this is all contingent on your pressure levels I would think. I have only done long low pressure sessions.

          Ohhhh I wouldn't pump every day, even if I thought I was conditioned for it.

            There are tonnes of members that pump 5 days a week, myself included, and I like it.

              Extensive pumping every single day that I can manage it. No issues, no problems. But as others have said, you gotta be conditioned for it.

              First time I went 7 straight days, after day 4 fatigue set in big time. Wanted to stop but I knew I needed to push through it. So I kept pumping but scaled back on the work. That was over a year ago. Now that it's a daily practice, my longest streak has been 45 straight without a break.

                  I generally pump 4-5 days per week. Usually a few days on, with a day off for recovery. But I do believe it comes down to an individual tolerance with each person. Let EQ be the guiding factor.

                    Both work well. A good air pump will definitely get the job done when used with consistency, and bathmate has a fairly proven track record amongst users.

                      I use my bathmate(pump) before I go to sleep on Mon/Wed/Fri. I hope this helps! :]

                        Both are good, but I'd go with an air-based system. You are not limited to the water factor with a Bathmate (although you can use it dry, it's pretty tedious) and using a pump with a gauge will allow you to really focus on all aspects of the session sicne you will be able to monitor the pressure more actiely.

                          Which air pump do you recommend gto? I'm 7.5x 5.1... any size recommendation?

                            I have been pumping almost every single day for about the last month... would not suggest it for everyone.

                            as far as which pump to buy... as long as it has a gauge, isnt too big, and you upgrade to a silicone donut seal then you should be good to go.

                              Yeah I've been pumping nearly every day for a month now with a few missed days here or there 20 min sessions 2~3 times a day silicone sleeve is a must it keeps extra skin from being sucked in and your balls somewhat. Seems that the inside bits can get sucked in under the skin if you don't pay attention.
