Clamping...Is this too much

    1. It all depends, nobody can predict when erect gains will appear. I used to clamp to an expansion of 5.25 from an MEG of 4.75, and never saw 5.25, so it all depends. Got up to 4.9 after two months though.

    2. Yes, I am always hardest with my gf, it is quite difficult for me to get full erection by myself.

      You'll see permanent gains in much smaller increments, and the clamped girth will continue to expand. I've asked experienced clampers about this, and they warn against getting too excited by the sick clamped expansion.

        Well i clamp off real good then i use that to put even pressure just above the clamp at the base. It expands my CC so much i do it for one minute then take 2 minutes off then one minute again and so on for 15 minutes. I saw my greatest expansion after that. I heal up pretty fast as i still use raw whipped Shea butter. I have done it 3 times and i got massive expansion.

        Is that similar to an uli but not including cs? I have got my CS to show like i wanted but now i want a wider penis.

          Im not expecting instant gains. I know it takes time but i wonder just how much time. I am convinced that i can take lots of exercises and not see negative PI's. I still take good time to heal then go back to it. I am gonna do the advanced jelq free routine after clamping for a good time

            Yeh, basically like another clamp above your other one. Also consider manual girth exercises while clamped. Have a look at the first page of my log, there are links to two or three exercises that I found to be really good and were effective for girth gains when I clamped.

              Gaining girth is usually much slower process than gaining in length.

              Personally I'm looking forward to getting into clamping in future after I have achieved my length goals.

              I think the more you make yourself enjoy the process and not obsess on the numbers the happier you will be. Keep in mind that your working towards your girth gains instead of just not doing anything about it.

              I would take kickinthemebs advice as far as combining certain manual exercises while doing clamping since it will bring you more expansion.

              I think you should do it with steps do normal clamping without any exercises and then later on add exercises while being clamped.

                Yea thats what i have been doing. I started with those three clamps then brought it down to one. But then i didnt like it so i used two both facing opposite ways and it worked better. Now i use extra thick material to cusion and even out the grip and i use one clamp with basically a Uli being applied by my penilizer jelq tool that i bought awhile ago.

                I must say i looks bigger to me everytime. And its getting heavy which im pretty sure is a goood sign. I find it hard to do a manual Uli due to the clamp but my penilizer works just fine and the pressure is even on the CC and constant

                  Ok so i bought cock rings to use but they arent here yet.

                  I can honestly say what ive been doing makes my dick look wider especially the MEG part. Even Flaccid. I tried it just clamping without using the penilizer and i hit 6 inches on girth. When i throw the penilizer in i hit 6.25 in girth. I hold the penilzer in place for two minutes. I can do that because its manual but not manual at the same time..

                  Has anyone had experience using cock rings with clamping to get as hard as possible before you clamp. I can see them being extremely benificial

                    So my cock rings came . To say they least i dont think they are right for me. There were 3 sizes. I bought metal and i bought silicone so 6 in total.

                    The metal ones worked good for balls and dick and just for balls the two bigger ones. But for my dick with the smallest one it was too small. I got it on while flaccid barely. It would not go all the way to the bottom as i got hard it slide up and even then it was tight as fuck. I t looked nice how my dick looked while wearing it but i felt it doing bad things lol. I took it off and it had been so tight like it brused my skin. Being that my base girth is pushing 6.35 i think that this wont work for me. It was painful i tried edging with it on and i got nothing more from it.

                        That was not my problem. The cock ring was to small for my dick and it hurt my balls were fine. That was not the reason for the post. I wonder are their adjustable cock rings?

                          Well my shaft ring is thermo plastic rubber which stretches to a good fit. But cock, and balls idk there has to be one with buttons or something. I know there's one called like "gauge or clutch" something.
