I subscribed to the PEGym newsletter a week ago and I thought these were coming every week each Friday? I haven't gotten mine yet and Friday is pretty much over here. Am I going to have to bypass this by going through the process of making a twitter account just to participate?

You do not need a twitter account to participate but tweeting the answer and elaining it in will increase your chances of winning.
