    i've been wearing my esl 40 around the house with 1.5 pounds on it. I think there is something to hanging for long periods with low weights. I almost feel like one should start with very low weight. I used to hang with up to 20 pounds with a BIB, but now I feel like it's better to hang with lower weights so the penis is fully extended and stretched, but not so much that it begins to resist and pull back.

    Any thoughts on that?

    I use a 2lb weight with mine for hours while playing online games

      I am just starting out with this approach so I don't have first-hand experience with it yet,but it feels good so far.

        There was a guy here a couple years ago that used the ESL to hang 4 lbs for about 4 hours a day. He did this every night while playing his xbox (or something) for more than a year. Apparently he gained about 1.5 to 2 inches...I don't remember exactly.

        I was really impressed.

            I have recently given up on hanging with the LG because I kept getting injuries as soon as I went past about 8lbs. Based on Dr Ric's posts I was under the impression that if you weren't going heavier than that there was almost no point.

            I sit at my desk for a couple hours most nights and this low weight, longer sets approach would be perfect. I was also worried though that I'd just toughen my tunica and not make gains... But I suppose I have nothing to lose.

            I'm going to give this a go.

              You are definitely on the right track in my opinion to much weight would be counter-productive and start doing damage based on where you attach the weight. I have a picture in my gallery of me using my own homemade weight hanger that is only 1.5-2lbs and it works great for pulling on the ligaments and increasing the size of the parts of the penis that would limit you length wise. I was only able to stretch my flaccid out to the size of an air freshner can(around 9") now it goes past that to 10" so I know that the gradual and progressive slow and steady stretch and pull is increasing my length bit by bit. I keep mine on for about 20-30 mins and then reattach it through-out the day off and on depending on what all I have to do and as long as time permits.

                Yea, he was a smaller framed guy with a massive dick. learned a lot from his posts. I'm just thinking that in order for the ligs and muscles to stretch they need to be relaxed enough. I'm also thinking that maybe over time this will defeat the turtle reflex. If my flaccid looked like it does when I'm hanging 1.5 lbs then I'd probably quite pe.

                That brings me to my next question. Can I just implant 1.5 pounds of pennies in my head and forget about pe?
