There used to be a great tutorial about this on another forum, but it's gone now and a member here had asked me how to make a velcro mod for his extender so I thought I'd toss it up here for everyone.
As you know extenders take a lot of getting used to . The loops absolutely suck. This velcro mod works very well and you won't slip out of this one.
Here is a pic of my cradle.

To begin you will need quality velcro. 3m makes a super sticky version available at most home depots etc.. Make sure both sides of velcro have glue.
First we cut two 1/2 inch pieces of the SOFT SIDE velcro and attach them to both sides of the cradle.
Next cut about an 8 inch piece of both the prickly side and soft side velcro.
Now stick the backs of the two pieces together to make your strap. On one side you will have prickly and on the other you will have soft.
Next feed the strap through the slots in your extender going through the top to the bottom side. Make sure that the SOFT SIDE is on the inside of the loop and the prickly side is facing out.
To strap in connect the strap to the velcro on the left side, keep the right side unattached. Place penis in extender and pull it through the loop with right hand while compressing extender with left.
Now hold penis in place with left hand while still compressing springs. Pull the right side of the strap tight and attach to velcro on right side.
It takes a little getting used to getting it on just right, but it will be very sturdy.
WARNING! You must wrap your wiener with either a 1 inch strip of theraband or the sticky medical tape with wrapping underneath. Wrap from your glans down an inch or two. If you don't do this the prickly edges will hurt your dick so bad. Feels like a bee sting
