  • Low Stress Training.

I've been speaking to a few members about low stress training. Our theory is that it does no good to shock your penis and pull on it with all of your might or 45 pound plates.

I think that extending has been scientifically proven to work and I think that hanging also works. The issue is that both can be uncomfortable.

My new method is sort of ADS/Low weight hanging technique. Using low weight allows for the muscles and tendons to relax and hopefully stretch.

What I have been enjoying is using an ESL 40 (Hanging version) with around 1.5 to 2lbs of weight. With this setup I can wear it under jeans and walk around the house, sit at my desk or lay in bed and toss the weight over the side of the bed.

I attached a 12 inch piece of rope to my esl40 and hang a sock filled with coins from the other end. This works well because say I have jeans on and I'm sitting at my desk the rope bends at my knee and still gives a nice stretch. If I'm laying in bed I toss it over the edge. If I'm cleaning the house it just hangs around my knee area.

I can wear this setup for two hours a day and it's hardly inconvenient. Very comfortable unlike my extender.

TIP: If your ESL stays on then great. If it tends to slip off when using weight I found it works great to put your ESL on then wrap a piece of the self sticking medical tape around the shaft and base of the ESL. This will prevent the ESL from slipping off. Especially when lying down since air can get in there and cause you to lose suction.

My guess it that 20 minutes of stretches plus this LST method could be very beneficial.

    Good Luck

    Hi Sonny,

2lbs is about what 900-950 grams?

Extenders work if the traction is between 400-1150 grams, you're well within this range so what you're suggested (I think) would work just as well as extending. But you're going to need to get many hours in doing so, ideally 6 hours or more a day. If you can manage the hours, I think it's a good alternative to extending if you find it comfortable enough.
    Start: March 3, 2014 : BPEL=182mm, EG=146mm.
    Current: October 4, 2014 : BPEL=204mm, EG=150mm.

Yup, am hanging 2.5 lbs at the moment to start with, and am a firm believer in low weight/high quantity approach to PE. It worked with extending and I am not trying it with hanging. I created a thread recently discussing increasing time or weight with hanging and lots (including myself) favour time over weight.
