Lube when pumping

I'm still not sure how and where to lube when pumping. Should I lube the whole shaft, head and base? What's the reason for lubing? Also, I intend to wear a silicone sleeve, does that mean I still have to lube everywhere or just the head? Thanks in advance.

Yep. Helps it to move as you pump especially if your cylinder is tight

When I use the Bathmate, I give a lubricant only on the head. Then a nice slides along the wall of the Bathmate. I don't lubricate the pubic bone, because then Bathmate does not have a good suction.

I'm still not sure about this, when wearing a sleeve should I lube the sleeve itself so it slides or just the head? Or should I lube the shaft before going into the sleeve?

Lube the entire shaft if you are going to wear a silicone then lube it too this makes it so it just slides inside without any problem of getting stuck.
