    The way I think is that if you stretch something long enough time with enough force, it will eventually get longer, period. There is no other possibility (except it breaking of course), it's all a matter of time and force.

    So, when hanging we start slow and light, conditioning our unit to be able to hang heavier and heavier weights. And according to my very logical theory, if you are able to hang heavy enough weights, at a certain point your unit will HAVE to become stretched out and longer (or thicker). Of course, the other possibility is that it will break, but thats why we do the conditioning. So, is there something wrong with my thinking here? Is hanging potentially a foolproof way to make gains at some point?


    The other thing I would like to ask is about power jelqing devices. I bought one cheap of e-bay and I find jelqing using the device being much more enjoyable (and less fatiguing) then using my hands. I would like to know if there is any pros/cons of using a Power Jelqing Device? Also, what difference does it do if you squeeze the sides of the penis instead of the front and back? It feels different and I get much harder when squeezing the sides.

    Your very logical theory is not ypurs. This is the theory of every one that has ever hung things from their dick.

    My theory is that you read about your theory from someone else's theory.

          Depends. If you follow advice and guidelines you should see gains.

            One refinement to the theory would be to use the word stress instead of force. Stress is force divided by cross-sectional area. There my be one ideal stress level that is ideal for everyone who hangs for a certain duration. There could never be a single right answer for force, since everyone's girth is different.

              Going heavier isn't the best way to maximise gains. There are more efficient techniques - increase duration, split sets, change angle...etc at the SAME weight before adding more when you plateau.

              You don't want a strong penis - as an extreme example there are some monks out there who can lift 50kg or more with their dicks but they were average sized.

              Inevitably you're counting on the body's response the physical stress to grow inches - that's the key, weight is only part of the equation.

              Also there's a 101 hanging thread on this forum, be sure you read it if you want to know other cutting edge theories.

                I agree with you completely. Too much strain on the penis especially without pause will cause the fibers to stack instead of compensate from the strain whether girth-wise (cavernosum) or length-wise (tunica and ligaments). So instead of getting more fibers going with the flow you get fibers stacking against it making it even harder to achieve more size.

                  Well your theory is not a new one.. Been around for a while, lol.. But like most of the members here that hang state.. Most of the gains happen between 10-20 lbs range.. Going heavier then that doesn't help the cause in the gains dept.. Me, I was at 12.5 for awhile and wasn't seeing any growth anymore.. I went to 15 and boom an 1/8th in a week.. It will be likely awhile yet before there is more weight.. Instead of packing on the pounds angles will be changed, and likely a fulcrum added before there is any more.. Hanging is a very stressful thing to do once 10lbs and beyond is reached...

                    It says it is harder to gain length after gaining girth.
                    Say you got three guys with this girth; 4.0", 5.0" and 6.0".
                    Will a guy with 5.0 girth automatically need more weight than a guy with 4.0 girth?

                        I am just thinking out loud really, donīt know much about hanging. But is it not logical that something thicker is stronger and need more force to stress it?

                          I have not heard about there being any correlation drawn between girth and penis strength. I would also take the length first, girth second idea with a pinch of salt,far too many experiences contradict its validity.

                              If continuously adding weight continuously added inches then some members would have monster dicks.

                              BigO hung up to 35 lbs. DLD said he hung up to 70lbs but he is full of shit . I think bib got up to 50 lbs but didn't gain past 25 lbs.

                              I tend to believe that our length gains are determined by how much internal penis we have inside . Once we max that out then we are done length wise. (personal opinion, not debating).
