As long as you let enough time elapse so that your penis is not too sensitive it should not be a problem.

I normally do, and it seems to work out better that way.
1- Less chance of getting an erection.
2- I seem to feel a more intense stretch afterwards.

Like bobby said I find it to be too sensitive for a good extending session after masturbation. But if you don't find that issue than no harm.

You can ejaculate and then wait a little while for the sensitivity to die down.
