A couple of highlights:
Used for wrist and ankles; fits up to 10.5” circumference.

• Detachable straps allow for full body coverage.
  
• Included: Wall plug, USB adaptor, car charger, lightweight battery pack.
  

One potential pitfall is it looks like the width is kind of short for wrapping a longer flaccid or semi, but it can be used flat.

I might pick one up to try out. Any thoughts? Has anyone tried a product like this?

What about you buy an IR lamp? If you add a cockring to it you can roast your shaft from within in no time.
The advantages of the IR lamp should convince you, you can use it any time you want during the work out, manage the heat by being close or far away from the lamp , it has been tried and costs less than what you mentioned.

It depends on what you mean by portable, I'll send you a link so you can see by yourself.
I don't know how much warmth this wrist wrap may produce, otherwise if someone wants to give it a go and report back his success it could be an other great way to warm up, especially if you travel.

Yep that would be a pretty good advantage too. I imagined it would be beneficial paired with an extender device. I'm a programmer so I spend many hours of the day in front of a computer and the whole USB powered aspect of it amuses me.
