    you could take fishing weights a cable clamp glue and a cloth and make weights from cloth strips that you clamp lightly to your silicone sleeve near the glans. then the weights could sit right on the shaft tip instead of hanging off and swingin around. Then it could be a very adjustable weight set. 448 grams is a pound so you could make a couple strips of weights depending on where you are and how much weight you want. Its all really cheap stuff too.

      It has helped with flacid gains for sure. I've gained .75" bpel overtime but due to my in consistency i can't tell what the gains are from. I've jelqed and stretched on and off. But imho if you can't wear an extender the esl40 would be awesome.

      As with any body building any exercise is better than none, and 6 hours of mild stretching with the esl40 is better than sitting and not doing anything contributing to goals.

        I second the ESL40. Mine arrived today and I wore it for 3hrs non-stop with no discomfort, negative issues or anything. Definitely worth the money as a comfortable, safe and affordable ADS option.
