I was wondering if anyone could inform me on how to reduce the donut when pumping with my bathmate. If there is a post I haven't seen post it in the Thread. I know that keeping the pressure low helps but I would like to have a more intense workout when pumping. I'll need to upgrade to an X40 as the base of my penis becomes narrow after pumping due to lack of space. I have have a Goliath but it's a bit to big at the moment, and tend to sell it, I've only used it 5 times.

I'm using Hercules at the moment which might be the reason having 6 inch of girth. I do 6 days of JP90, 5 days of the week I use my bathamte later that night. Low pressure for about 10 mins then I increase pressure over 20-25 mins.Start : Sadly I didn't measure but I know for a fact I gained over the time.
Current : EL - 7.25 EG - 6 FL - 3.5 FG - 3
Goals : EL - 8 EG - 7 NBPEL – 9

Im using the x40 . had donut and edema initially , pumping to the max also. I jelq 5 minutes in between 2 x 10 min sets and no donut or edema now. I also clamp after. maybe I am a little more conditioned now , but I believe the jelqing helps to eliminate the bad effects of pumping. just my 2 bobs worth.
