Hey is it better to pump and then clamp or Visa Versa, or it really doesn't matter? Im thinking that clamping after a good pump session would help because of the blood that have been pumped in with the pumping

I am not an expert on clamping; however, my impression as an experienced pumper is that there might be a slight advantage to clamping after a pumping routine provided there has been no build up of excess edema. I would think 15 minutes at or below 5 hg would be the max.Valued Member of 12+ years at the PEGym12/'09 (start) NBP EL - 4.5, EG - 4.4

Clamp then pump is far better imo. Do read up on the abundance of threads on both,if you don't know what edema is even.
