Mushroom Head Cylinder???

Has anyone tried these and if so are they worth it? Or are there better ways to gain a bigger Mushroom head that I have missed?

I am curious about these too. I doubt they are that effective, the glans are pretty resilient.

If I want to build up my glans I put a cockring behind my cockhead when pumping (I use bathmate though, so may be different in air pumps)
to further balloon the head after pumping I'll kegel blood into the head, constrict the backflow with my hand, and repeat till my kegel ability is diminished. When I used to do this my head was a lot bigger, but I quit PE due to general depression, and now I'm focusing on shaft girth more, when I get shaft girth up to 6 ish I'll probably reimpliment this as it was extremely effective after just one session.

If you use the penimaster pro glans chamber without the diaphragm it is the best way to isolate the glans with vacuum pressure. It leads to a lot of discoloration in my experience try it so I don't recommend it. Although if a person is very patient it may be possible. I haven't had time to try the PMP for glans growth.
