Swallen foreskin after Bathmate use

Hello!

After using a Bathmate, I have a swollen foreskin. Is this normal?

That's edema, ease off take a measure of time till you get edema then stop before you get it . Basically edema is the fluid between tissues and if you have to much of that it stops you gaining
your wanting your cs and cc muscle to be expanded with blood under vacuum pressure but if there's to much edema then that edema places to much internal pressure between the tissues of the cs and cc . Sort of picture it like blowing a water balloon up in air vs doing it whilst your underwater .
Also note to much edema can even cause temporary impotence
