    Ad the tittle says. Please have a look @ my hanging log in my signature and let me know what you think..

    I'm 3 weeks done and haven't noticed anything negative. I still don't feel like I'm hitting fatigue yet but do get a slight pain at the base which feels like the skin stretching.

      Yeh hanging takes time. Increase by 1 lbs a week,get in your 2 hours a day and you should be fine. You are still only conditioning yourself for heavier weights down the road so be patient

        As kickinthemebs said, you are still conditioning. You are not likely to reach fatigue at 3 or 4 lbs. Some skin stretching at the base is normal when first starting out. So far everything looks good, keep it up.

          Thanks guys. when would be a good time to take a measurement? I read that you don't really see any significant gains till 10lbs anyways.... Everything is feeling bigger so far, but it feels like this has boosted my EQ once again. Outside of needing 2 hours a day (which you can be productive during), hanging is by far my favorite so far.

            Hanging rocks. If I ever decided I wanted more length I would go straight back to it, hands down. I would measure after 3 months of hanging.

              Typically I will edge for a bit after each session mostly for circulation and I will also throw in some dry jelqs and maybe a 5 minute session with the bathmate. Also, a few times a week I will do a focused rk routine. I don't have any kind of routine scheduled around these extras.

              From your experience is there anything I should focus on outside of hanging specifically to maximize reaults.?

                So I wanted to give you guys an update. I'm up to 6lbs now and having difficulty with the weight pulling the bell and sealing cone over my glans and kind of folding over the ridge. It's semi painful but not causing blisters. Make sense? I've tried more tape that didn't seem to help. I also use the compression sleve. Maybe I need the full sleve already.

                Other than that I feel a deep pull almost like in my pelvic/groin region. Is this the fatigue I'm looking for. I'm going to stay at 6lbs till I get used to it because it is a bit uncomfortable and I'm usually sore for a few hours the next day after I wake up.

                I've also noticing that the skin around my balls is getting much much tighter. Especially during erections my nuts kinda disappear. Lol. This never happened before. I will have to be more consistant with some testicles jelqs. But have you guys experienced this?

                My PI'S have diminished a bit since going to 6lbs but not much. I will stay here till they return then start bumping up a half pound a week. If my balls weren't so tight I would have a flaccid hang I'm really proud of.
