Ctc-company still doing business?

Placed an order with them 3 weeks ago for the Dp4000 pump and it still says processing. Tried emailing them a couple times with no response yet.
Anyone know if they are still around?

Yea, there still in business as I bought a 1 7/8" ID cylinder from them a few months back (basically a cheap gravel cleaner w/rubber gasket). However, that will be the last time I ever do business with them again! After taking my personal info and cc info at CTC site it said shipping time was 2-14 days- 2-14 days, damn!! I wasn't in a big rush so I waited and waited. Like you, I email them a couple times with no response.

After about 1 1/2 weeks and getting very pissed I found a phone# and called them up. The guy at CTC said he was sorry it had not shipped but they were going on vacation for a week and would ship it out when they returned...WTH. Well I let it fly and said 2-14 shipping days was just crazy and told him that that was simply a built-in option to ship items out 'whenever they felt like shipping an item out'!! Finally, after 10-15 minutes of phone fighting he resolved to shipping my item the next day by Priority mail. I did finally get the tube 3 days after that conversation.

I would say look at their site and get their phone#. Call them up to see what is happening with your order. If you get no satisfaction from them call your cc company or payment processor and see if you can cancel the transaction. If I knew beforehand how they treated customers I would never have purchased anything with CTC company!! As a side, you might could try Pumptoys, LA Pump or Vacutech for digital pumps as they all are good reputable companies.

I love my DP 4000, really sorry to hear of your experience. Maybe if anyone has doubts about making a purchase, talk with them first. Might even send them your email and phone number, and say "call me so I can place an order!"
