noose strap comfort problem solved

for anyone who has a basic noose style extender and is having comfort problems .i found that by using a NERF bullet by cutting the tip off and threading the silicone tube through helps so much. also if you still need more comfort try using a really soft micro fiber cloth to wrap under the glans i combined the two together and now i can where it for a lot longer .i hope this helps anyone having the same problem i did.

Hi, do you have a link to the VLC Tugger please? I have just started using a home made ADS with a bandage around my unit and a cable clamp clamped just behind the glans. The cable clamp also secures a meter length of elastic (like brace material) which I wrap around my leg. This lets me stretch all day but it does get uncomfortable and I have to remove the clamp after so many hours of use. I then refit it all after an hour or so.
