How much weight is to much weight? Does higher weights help shock the ligs to stretch more?
    Starting stats 7/15/05 -FL 3.750"x FG 2.125", (BPEL 5.250" x EG 3.750")

    Current Stats: 4/16/10 (BPFL 6.500" x FG 5.625"), ( BPEL 7.825" x EG 6.375")

    Goal for 2011 BPEL 9.000" x EG 6.500"
Some people see things, and say, "Why"
I dream of things that never were, and say "Why Not"

This question has a very open answer. I will try to answer it in a way that will explain how growth takes place.

Basically, anything that you can't handle is too much weight. Pain, extreme discomfort, etc.. is too much weight.

Personally, I don't recommend moving up in weight quickly. Moving up in weight leads to gains, but it also leads to a stronger penis too. In an essence, your penis will become conditioned to the weight and growth will sooner or later slow down. This is when plateaus happen. Many guys move up in PE too fast, and this causes them to gain much less than they could.

Additionally, moving up too fast can "over train," the penis. This is very similar to overtraining your muscles. They become sore, and don't work as good as they normal would. This is temorary, of course, but it still puts a delay on your gains.

My advice: Find your happy median. Find the weight that you gain at, and slowly move up every two weeks. Too much weight leads to an overly conditioned penis (and maybe even over training). Conversely, too little weight leads to no gains. Like regular exercising, you have to use a weight that puts sufficient stress on the penis.

    Check out this thread: http://www.exercisingthepenis.com/fo...hread.php?t=43

In the thread, you will find why I don't recommend completely focusing on the ligs. This is different than popular belief, but popular belief is changing. My advice is to focus on all angles of the penis. Up, down, side to side.

I try to "hit it all" too. It seems to work very well for me. When I was hanging just SD (straight down), I wasn't gaining so much. So I decided to mix it up, and walla, the gains started coming.
