Been really thinking about getting an extender guys. I hear of high success stories. I would love to go up to 7-7.5 inches in EL right now I'm at 6.25in EL. Thinking about adding it to the JP90 beginners routine. Any suggestions before extending? What are your routines like? Thanks a lot PE brothers!

Extending is always a good option to gain length. I didn't gain any length for six months until I started to use an extender.
I would not spend too much money on an extender until you know you can handle it. Start off easy (low tension and shorter sessions) in order to properly condition your dick.
I only used mine for 3 - 4 hors a day. As a result, it took me four years to gain an inch.Valued Member of 12+ years at the PEGym12/'09 (start) NBP EL - 4.5, EG - 4.4

I totally forgot about the pants part!! Gonna have to invest in some sweats. How long did you have yours? 7hrs?Originally posted by dodgy View PostYou should be able to add it to your routine, but don't waste yiur money on one unless you're going to be able to wear it several hours a day, baggy pants or privacy will be necessary

How long did you see results? Im thinking about doing 7hrs a day. Did you do 2days on 1day off or did you do 5days on 2 days off?Originally posted by not2big View PostExtending is always a good option to gain length. I didn't gain any length for six months until I started to use an extender.

It's rare for me to get 7 or more hours, probably average around 4, still do manuals also though.Originally posted by TheZeus View PostI totally forgot about the pants part!! Gonna have to invest in some sweats. How long did you have yours? 7hrs?Feb. 2014 BPEL 6.8" Girth not measured

I started with an extender. I found it too awkward and uncomfortable to wear about and function through my day. I was ignorant to PE and didn't know about conditioning at first. So I ended up with a slight injury. After time off to heal I began using an all day stretcher. The silicon cups allow better but not great blood flow and the bungee cord and leg strap make for comfort and concealability. I wear it 8 plus hours a day. Building up from a couple hours over time. I take it off every hour or two to pee and restore circulation.
I do manual exercises too, but didn't start till after starting my ads. One should do manual first before devices. I didn't know better at the time and was having positive results. So I stayed with it. I've gained well so far but everybody's different and prefer different routines and such. What I do works for me but may not be for everyone.8/2015 BPFSL 6.5" bpel 6.5" 5" meg.

I use the miracle slider as well, it's very good, and much easier to use than a spring based extender like size genetics, plus a lot less expensive.Originally posted by ykm123 View PostI love the miracle slider extender on ebay. I have videos showing how easy it is to conceal. The phallosan is great also and easier to use and wear for long hours.
The only drawback for a newbie using it is it's capable of much more tension than a spring type, so start out at lower tension and gradually increase over a few weeks time, and pay attention to your PI's.Feb. 2014 BPEL 6.8" Girth not measured

Time
As everyone has said if you have the time and commitment then yep get extending. I do pe in stealth and thus can only do it in work. I extend for 7-8 hours Monday -Friday. Manuals on the weekend. I wear loose fitting office pants and go commando. It's risky but other than 2 dodgy incidents of slippage it's been ok. I only think this will be possible for a few more months though as I think you can only get away with it to a certain flaccid stretch lenght maybe 7.5-8 inches after that I think it would be too noticeable. Extending needs to be consistent the more hours you put in the better results. 7 sounds good and will get you to your goal a lot quicker than 4.Start
