Hi, I was thinking about doing some hanging here soon. And I work out pretty hard. And I know with weights you can get to a point to were it's really hard to build more strength. I was curious is it the same in hanging? I would assume it would be..I have a friend his name is Alex he holds the world record for the strongest forearms in the world! Actually he holds a lot of guiness world records for a few different things. He has a one arm later pull that is 375lb..freaky!! His bench is out of the world. Well the reason I'm telling you about him is he came up with the micro weights so he never stops gaining strength. He has a Website I believe and I think it's called micro weights. I call him to find out forsure.. but I have a pair of these little weights and is I get them I never stop gaining strength even if it's micro amounts I'm still gaining..just curious if anyone uses them? Thanks and PEACE!

I'll reply to you based on how I interpret what I think you think, and why I think you shouldn't have the mentality that the goal is to gain strength. A lot of people here compare hanging to lifting weight (and maybe that's why you seem to think it's related) but I don't think it's appropriate. When you lift weights, your goal is to increase the amount you can lift - to become stronger. With hanging, this is NOT what you want. Obviously, you want to strengthen the tissues and skin on your penis to be able to accomodate a weight that gets you fatigue, but a lot of guys I see try SO HARD and are so proud to say "Im hanging 30 pounds now, my goal is 35". Why? Their goal is to gain length, and yet they are proud of how much weight they can hang off their dick? Why would you want to hang 30 lbs when you can hang 5? Less risk of injury, less pain, more comfort, etc.
I'll just give you my experience with the bibhanger. A lot of people say they gain and get fatigue at 5-10 lbs. I'm SO envious of them because that is incredibly light for me. I have NO slippage problems there. I have no pain problems at that weight, BUT I feel nothing (unlike them, damn them!). I can put on the hanger and hang 5-10 lbs anytime, 20 times a day. Finding a comfortable setting to hang 5-10 lbs is easy. It's low risk too. You're not likely to get injured hanging that much. As you increase the weight, you also need to refine your technique and tighten the hanger more and more. As I started increasing the amount of weight I hung (I had no choice in my case, I wasn't feeling fatigue), I tore the skin on the underside of my shaft and it was bleeding all over the place. That injury, 2 years later, is still bothering me. I would never have gotten that if I was hanging less than 10 lbs. But I can't gain at that range. So let me ask you: would you rather gain 1 inch hanging 5 lbs with comfort, and very little risk of injury, or would you rather, like a lot of people need to do such as myself, tighten your hanger so tight that you can't do anything but look at the clock, grit your teeth and pray that you gain quickly so all of this shit is over? Every single hanging session above 15 lbs was unbelievably discouraging in that it was painful, and while I watched the clock go by, and spent 3 hours a day on this, my gains weren't coming. It would have been a lot better psychologically to swallow not getting any gains if it wasn't SO PAINFUL THE ENTIRE TIME. But it wasn't painful under 10 lbs, where others guys were gaining. Keep in mind, I had consulted with bib on many occasions over the years, and he always said my technique, wrapping, progression etc was good. Some others hang comfortably high weights, but they have to experiment so much in order to do that. It's such a waste of time and in the end it doesn't speed anything up. If you think of this as a weightlifting competition, then cool, your penis will just get stronger, but not necessarily longer. Then youll need to use more weight to gain length which comes with more pain, more injury risk etc.
If I misinterpreted what you wrote or how you plan to approach this, I apologize lol But it really sounds like you think more weight is better. Anyway, you should get microweights anyway, but for the exact opposite purpose of what you plan to use them for. Not to gain strength, but to go up slowly. If you only had 5 lb plates, then you could only go from 5 lbs to 10 lbs, which would strengthen your dick. Sure you might feel fatigue at 10 lbs, but what if you could feel it at 5.5 and get the same results? So get some microplates.Last edited by aeden314; 11-20-2015, 10:20 AM.

I believe it's the same for ball stretching. The goal is to stretch your sack and as you do, your balls slide right down into their new home.Originally posted by aeden314 View PostI'll reply to you based on how I interpret what I think you think, and why I think you shouldn't have the mentality that the goal is to gain strength. No that's not my goal at all..if It sounds like that then I'm sorry I was only using it as a reference. I know when i start hanging I don't want to go from lets say 1 pound comfortably then straight to a 2lb..and have it feeling to much like you said always looking at the time. I wanna go up slow to were I personally don't feel the change in weight but my soldier will. If that makes sense? I'm like that turtle and no matter how long it takes me I will win the race! I Just Think using the micro weights makes more sense then adding a half pound or a pound to go up..slow is good I think..thanks for your comments..and I will be using my micro weights..PEACE!
