  • 2 20 min clamping sets 3 days on

    Any others doing this ? Max expansion, with edging the whole set,and kegels. My penis is sore , but a good sore. The walls feel really stretched out.

    Clamped edging was a bit of overkill for me. I did 1x20 minutes though.

    Now had to go back and doing 1x10 minutes only performing kegels and stroking when needed.

    Holding some kegels longer too. With clamped edging there was always a risk of cumming with a clamp on.
    Start: 8/2013: BPEL: 6.3" EG: 5.1"
    Current: 9/2020 BPEL: (8.3 inches BPFSL: 8.9 "* MEG: 5.9
    The Goal: BPEL: 9 inches EG: 6.5"

      I feel like it might be overkill myself, but the gains are really showing. Intensity, is what i like. The cumming part is very true, i get dripage when i do it. Mini priapism or mild priapism. Since priapism is mostly a rare occasion,although it lasts hours. I believe what im doing should lead to massive gains.

        I do it. 2-3 sets 20 mins. Aim for every day, shit happens but I usually get 3-4 days a week in.

        Been doing it about 6 weeks. Already have gains. It's also probably the best exercise for flaccid gains.
        Start: 7/6/14
        BPEL: 6.25
        EG: 5.25

            I am doing 15 minutes by 3-4 sets.
            I edge. Works great.
            One day on one day off.
            I read that flesh starts dying after 17 minutes of no oxygen so I don't want to push that.
            I have only been doing this clamping for a few weeks.
            Changed up my routine recently.
            Hope to gain smooth muscle and close the gap between my BPFL and BPEL.
            Are you guys gaining length too?

              Sounds great,unclick one if it gets too cold then click it back. Smooth muscle,same as me, longer FSL than bpel. Yes on the length, clamping effects girth and length. To maximise that I stretch In the morning. I believe that routine is All that is needed to reach any goal. Then as you reach a peak you add more time or sets.

                Do any of you guys stretch while in the clamp.
                I have done some pulling, gentle but for up to a minute.
                Wondering if with the expansion it would help with this kind of stretching.
                I don't do A stretches but I the do the 4 directions so there is a sense of isolation in the ligs behind the clamp and then a sense of stretch in the expanded penis.
                Thoughts?

                  I have tried pulling , but im maxed out in terms of expansion. So theres no give. But there could be something to it. Maybe towards the end of the set when its losing some of the expansion as fatigue sets. Im going to try that today ,mix it up a bit.

                    Thats exactly where i think the big gains will come. This is all that is needed stretch and clamp, i know exactly what you mean. Gains will mount and mount. And in 1 years time your cock will have grown BIG in volume. The penis must adapt. See you in a year

                      So you started clamping few weeks a go and started with 3-4 sets of 15 minutes?

                      I started with lower time and less sets so I can build up to it better.

                      If so damn that was not smart since eventually you will have to either add sets or add time.

                      If time allows that then I guess no problem.

                              Just did a 20 min set, now im breaking for 9mins with a cock ring. Tried the pulling , it seems to move a bit but i only held for a little. It also removes blood so girth goes down, counter productive. But ill try again in a few for my last set.
