  • Flaccid Bends

    Mr. Sneakypants is considering adding flaccid bends to his routine. Is anyone else actually doing them? Using the search feature yielded very few topics about flaccid bends, and Mr. Sneakypants would love to know if anyone is seeing results that they directly attribute to doing them.

    I had wondered the same thing. They just don't seem like they would help much, as if the flattening would counteract any expansion. But after reading about injuries that occurred while erect, I think I'll stick with jelqing at 70% and below.

        He always does that, lol. And I have been wondering the same thing. Do they really do anything for you?

            Mr. Sneakypants doesn't have a good reason for typing in the third person. He just does it.

                  Hey, I am re-animating an old thread on the topic because I don't want to be scolded for asking something that has been repeated a million times already. I did a search for flaccid bends and very little material came up. I saw how to do them from the exercises video and description, and they sound like the perfect kind of exercise for me at the moment. As you are all aware of, practically all of the girth exercises are high-erection-based, and for a few reasons these just aren't possible for me at the moment. So I was looking for girth exercises where you do not need to be fully erect for. Anyway, my question is if any of you use this exercise and do you rate it as a good one or would I be wasting my time with it?

                    I did flaccid bend exercises in my routine for a couple weeks to a maximum of a month and didn't see any girth gains; however, I am positive that adding those exercises on my routine was causing a bit of overtraining (ex. turtling), so it wouldn't have done anything for me at the time.

                    I cut out the flaccid bends and went back to the original JP90 routine and I am back on par with better flaccid hangs and no turtling. I wouldn't say they are a waste of a time because I believe that when I was doing them I was adding to much on my plate of exercises since I am still relatively new to PE. I say add the flaccid bend stretches if you feel like it. You could get the gains that you are looking for.

                      This type of exercise may be of benefit to someone suffering from extreme "Peyronie's".

                          Would they be of benefit to someone who doesn't have peyronie's though? I have problems getting erect since I gave up porn over 3 months ago, I can't get properly turned on with my imagination, only with my girlfriend. So edging, and the majority of girth-related exercises I cannot do, so that is why I was thinking about doing flaccid bends. I am seeing good results from my jelqing routine but would like to throw in some more girth work.

                            There may be some benefit, but at least some degree of erection would help improve the productivity of the exercise. Another scenario where flaccid bends might come in handy is for sufferers of "hard flaccids".
