Recently I've come across a mountain of work. This is great because of the money, sure. But between work, the gym/meal prep etc it leaves very little time for anything else.
I sleep in hotels from sunday through thursdays and I share a room with my father (we're in the same business). I can hardly whip out my pump, clamp and IR lamp and lock myself in the bathroom for an hour and a half. Getting a room to myself is a big expense that I don't want to make just for the sake of a few PE sessions. Besides, working from 7am to 9pm leaves me no time for PE unless I plan on getting little sleep.
So basically I have fridays, saturdays and sundays to do PE consistently. I can do my regular routine on these days, but taking 4 consecutive rest days won't be great for producing results. Sometimes I'll probably go home during a weekday, but this will be sporadic so I won't be able to plan for it in advance. I had just begun to up my frequency and volume, and now I've got to find a way to work around this issue.
I've been thinking about doing light clamping during my work hours. It's no issue to work up to a decent chubby, clamp off and get atleast some expansion. If anything, it'll keep up the conditioning during the week. Clamping with full EQ won't be possible.
I've thought about marathon sessions, so basically doing crazy volume on my 3 consecutive days. I don't know if that's a smart thing to do, though.
TL;DR : can only PE 3x per week, don't know how to go about it
