I'm currently training for EQ. Previously I tried PE for three times, I got nice size results but my EQ eventually dropped, so I decided it was not worth it and stopped it. This time, I decided to go for EQ only, and after I strenghten my penis, I will go back to jelqing and try to blend both trainings.
My current routine, which I perform 3-4 times/week:
Warm up 5 minutes
20 back reverse kegels
20 back kegels
20 frontal reverse kegels
20 frontal kegels
warm down
I have been doing this for about 60 days and hope to take a week's rest soon, then improve it and add another set of 10 kegels of each type. I also do ball massage (2 minutes) and testicle jelqing (50-70 strokes) every other day. I have noticed increase in both EQ (it improved from about 6 to 7.5/8 on a 1-10 scale) and frequency, morning wood, plus more "horniness" lol
I recently started dating this girl, and when we meet I get erections constantly, when having sex or just kissing.
Sometimes while we're about it I do a few kegels to stimulate her, in diferente erection levels, I noticed she can feel it when I do it and she likes it.
So, yesterday I went on with my routine normally and today I met her. We could not have penetration, but we had a lot of fun anyways (oral sex and the like). My question is, should I go on with my normal routine in hopes that it will improve stamina, or maybe do half my routine to just keep it going but not forcing it, or rest completely since I've had a sexually active day today?
I noticed sex is good for EQ because it promotes insane bloodflow, the erections we get are harder and quicker, must be hormone releases and the like. But I'm afraid to overwork my penis, specially now that I'm dating her. Anyway, let me hear your thoughts on how does sex impact on kegel (and PE also) routines.
