I just started the jelq free routine 2 days ago. I've been doing side to side stretches for a cycle already but with jelqing instead of squeezes. Currently I'm at 6 reps of squeezes adding 1 each session, I'll be at 7 tomorrow. I can see how they will help as I get to a higher rep count, but has anybody with experience noticed when they really start helping? I'm mainly talking PI's more than actual growth. I'm guessing maybe between 20-30 reps you'd have a good plump flaccid after a session.

For me they helped from the jump. But I think the linear progression is key to getting those gains by making it more challenging as you keep going. Which I think was huge in my first gains on it. Keep adding slowly but consistently.Starting: 6.5x4.9
Current: 7.5x5.75
Goal: 8x6++

That's what I plan to do, one more rep every session for the first cycle. How many reps did you start out with?Originally posted by ShutOut View PostFor me they helped from the jump. If you're just starting with Squeezes they should be performed at about the 70% erect mark. Once you get high enough in reps and need a greater challenge you can attempt the Advanced Squeeze- where you attempt to bring your hands together as you squeeze. In time you can also work up to greater erection levels.Want a FREE Month of Coaching? PM or email me for details- or CLICK HERE
