    Everyone says having an orgasm is bad for gains and I STILL can not figure out why. I can understand girth gains

    but why in the hell would havin an orgasm have ANYTHING to do with length gains.. if anything my penis is way more stretchable after I cum.. I've been doing what you guys say and have been masturbating only 2-3 times a week and my penis is a lot of the time semi hard or slightly pumped with blood because i'm always horny from doing this.. when I masturbated all the time I could get my penis to stay thin and stretched because I wasn't thinking about sex all the damn time..

    Edging is okay but having an orgasm is not? I don't freaking get this. Edging just leaves me 10x hornier than I was from the start.

    Yes, after ejaculation the penis becomes more pliable and easier to stretch the tunica and so on.

    Some guys prefer doing stretches after ejaculation but will ejaculation hinder gains?

    Well it depends on the person you ask but some guys like to have a plump penis after their routine. If you are only doing length I personally believe ejaculation doesn't matter that much but if you are doing length and girth don't ejaculate.

    After ejaculation you may not have enough blood flow for your girth exercises such as jelqing and so on.

    I would not make it a habit of ejaculating every time you do length work. I recommend only ejaculating once or twice a week before length work. Or at max three times a week with split days.

    For example ejaculate Monday, Wednesday and FRIDAY. Too much ejaculation can drain you of your sexual drive.

    If you only want length add some jelqing in the mix of things. Jelging is not only proven to work for girth but length as well.

    I suggest to edge when masturbating because this will give you a edge in the bedroom or future and prevent premature-ejaculation.

    Some guys like myself believe in the 3-4 HOUR RULE. This means no ejaculation after your PE routine is done. I believe this may help in the future of penis enlargement gains such as keeping your penis in a extended state after your routine for better results.

    After your routine you should try wrapping your penis in a elongated state to help him heal in this extended state.

      I know of a different thread I mean a different forum where they discuss ejaculation before length work.

      As I said ejaculation before length puts your penis in a pliable and easier state to stretch. But don't go over board

        You should edge for your desired time frame and then cum. Once you ejaculate your penis goes into a refractory period and this is the perfect time to start your length training.

            Ejaculation/masturbation isn't the issues as much as abusing ejaculation/masturbation is- especially when it's accompanied by factors which can contribute to negative conditioning.

              But if I don't ejaculate very often I can't get in good stretches because I get semi hard... I have to masturbate to stay flacid and stretchy

                  You have to find a system which works for you. If you find ejaculating before training is more productive, then train that way.

                  If you reserve your ejaculations for training and sexual activity only (no frivolous masturbation) you should still be able to maintain your libido. In your case, stamina work (or sexual activity) before your stretches would be the ticket
