I'm alive! Thoughts on how I should continue?

Hey everyone!

Wanted to check in, I miss y'all!

I was hoping to get input on how to proceed with my routine now. About a month and a half ago I completed JP90. I gained about 3/8 inch in girth and 1/2 inch in length, which has pretty much stuck. At the point I stopped I wasn't noticing steady gains anymore, I was just about holding true.

I had planned to start a stretching routine with my X4 as soon as 90 days were up, but I got busy with school and pretty much stopped everything for the past month and a half.

The semester is coming to an end and I'd like to start up again, but I'm unsure how much preparation to give myself before starting with the X4. I was thinking maybe 2-3 weeks of JP to get back into it, depending on how I felt. Thoughts?

I week or two of JP would be a good idea. However, you might want to do some light extending for a few hours a day at under 600 gr. of tension.

Slow and steady definitely wins the race in regards to extending

You should be able to start with your x4 right away. just don't do both the x4 and jp90 together.

My EQ got so much better while I was doing JP. Since stopping it's reverted a bit, so I'm excited to get started again!

Make sure you have some from of stamina plan in place for your new regimen. This can involve kegels/Stop and Starts and/or vigorous sexual activity. Optimally, stamina work should be performed immediately after enlargement work to take advantage of the tissue stretch.

Good to know! I've been doing kegels, I'll make sure to put them after my stretching Does edging count btw? I'm a big fan of edging

Do kegels while stretching, after workout, before, during the day haha. Kegals work a very important and highly underrate aspect of PE and that is simply supplying the penis with blood. Dont forget RK

Next to vigorous sexual activity, edging (Stop and Starts) are perhaps the best thing you can do for EQ gains.
