About a year ago, I worked through the JP90 Beginners Routine and saw awesome results (Length from 6.3in to 7.7in and girth from 4.9in to 5.2in). Now a year later, I managed to keep all my length gains without any PE at all, but lost my girth gains completely. Now, I would like to start a new circle of PE, but want to focus solely on girth this time, since I'm satisfied with my length and want to keep it at it is. Now to my question, how should I structure my routine to archive this? I understand that the standard way to go here is JP90, but am afraid of to much length gains (since it gave me a lot of length last time).

Yeah, I see your point. I rechecked my numbers and somehow I have a huge jump in the first 2 weeks from 16.0cm (6.3in) to ~18cm (7in) which (my first 2 mesurements). I can't exactly remember what made the difference. Must have been big EQ gain i guess. Maybe I did a mistake measuring the first time.

I measure standing up against a wall erect penis strait out in the middle above my penis with the same folding ruler every time. My measurements were very consistent after that. And I believe I can execute a PE workout correctly otherwise I wouldn't have asked and probably wouldn't have gained.

I never said I'm an expert and that isn't the reason I opened the thread in the first place either. I would like to know which PE exercises I should use to restart my PE journey in regards to girth gains with not to much length gains. I would like to improve and am therefore open to any objective advice for improvement.

Hello Steavek, welcome back. Do the JP90 again for conditioning. Don't focus too much on stretching but do some. Jelq with an erection level of 60-70℅. After 90 days add Ulis and other girth centered excersizes. Congratulations on your gains.ALL THE WAY WITH GOOD OLE JAY!

Hey Wishful10x8, thanks for the advise. Then my plan for the first 90 days would be to do steady 2.5min Stretches in 5 Directions to ease the ligaments, followed by 10min of Jelqing (increasing over time). As well as the obligatory warm up/down, balloning/edging and kegels . Does this sound about right?

I started "Minuteman's kegel Master List" about a month ago and do 2sec Kegels/Reverse Kegels and Root lock/Reverse root lock already. I'm at around 50 reps/day each at the moment. Thanks a lot for the hindu squads recommendation, i just tried it out and it's a really nice addition.Originally posted by Wishful10x8 View PostSounds good. I think its comical when one member tells another that thier gains are BS. We all grow different and JP 90 just so happened to work for this guy and exact regiment he needed. For me JP90 only got me a better EQ and from there I experimented with different things. What works for one may not work for the other. Took me nearly 2 years to find what worked for me and gained 1.7" in bpel and 1/2" in girth. After being off for more than a year im getting ready to try extender work (which i got my gains from) and bathmate along with light stretches and jelqing. Good luck finding what works for you brother. Stay at it long enough and you will!So I have been at for a while and need to post results since I started.
