    1. It's easy to get bored, but perseverance pays off!
    2. 7 months in now and it really has gone fast, worth sticking it out, I've gained nearly an inch in BPEL.
    3. Don't over do it. I did a couple times, ended up bruised and blistered.

      Lessons I learned in 2016:

      - Make sure to do the exercises correctly.
      - Be patient and trust the process.
      - Make sure to measure correctly.
      - Warm-up (for me) is important.
      - Morning wood is fantastic to have.
      - Have fun.
      - Learn something from each workout...there are gems of wisdom in each one.
      - Keep accountable by keeping a log.
      - Help others in PE as much as I can.
      - Foreskin is not a dirty word.

        Great Topic Ujjayi thank you!
I don't know if you do this every year but it is a wonderful idea! Which goes to show that although I joined in 2013 I have only now started to getting involved in this great forum.

So what did I learn in 2016 about PE?
That getting involved is probably one of the most important things in our PE journey. Being a part of a community is so valuable that people only first realise when they get out of their "lone' wolf mentality" and start sharing their thoughts, ideas and worries. Helping people, exchanging ideas, receiving guidance and help and looking up to others is extremely powerful! Wolves travel in packs afterfall

I think the most helpful thing was my own realization that PE is a lifelong journey! Which also helps me stay commited, focused and cautious. I am taking it one step at a time, watching my progress and absorbing data in my research to find what works best for me!

I can only hope that 2017 will be an even more effective year and I WILL work hard for it! All the best to all of you!
        Initial: 12.2 x 11.5 (BPEL)
        Current: 16 x 12.7 (BPEL)
        Goal:
        • Short-term: 17 x 14 (BPEL)

In all honesty the most important thing I learned was about pelvic floor balance. I was so tense down there when I began, and completely unaware of it, but I've now corrected it. Also quitting porn and learning plateau edging has helped me so much.

As for workouts I've learned you've got to change things up every now and then and try everything to see if it works for you. Also to gradually build up intensity and be consistent.

I've also learned about the limitations that can come with a "monster" size and while size is important to some women, it's much more important in our own heads.

I'm not totally sure what lies ahead of me in 2017, I tend to not think more than about 20 minutes ahead of time, haha. I'm looking forward to it though.

I've learned that I should have started earlier - the benefits I've seen already(EQ) and the threads I've read on this forum have me mentally in a much more positive mindset!

If you spend an hour and a half at the gym everyday.. whats an extra 20mins doing PE

Looking forward to 2017 and Merry Christmas everyone!

I'm very lucky I found this place this year. I learned a lesson very early on, don't do to much to soon. Totally exhausted my penis. Now, baby steps. Nice and slow. Merry Xmas and happy new year

I've learned you don't always get what you want. I want some more length, however in 2016 I have only gained girth and improved EQ. Only gained about 1cm in the first few months back in 2015.

Another thing I have learned is that L-citruline improves erections.

I also learned to be more careful with the "grip" area right behind glans and have eased up on the power of both grip and strength of pull.

In 2017 I plan on getting a pump, as well as continue manual stretches and hopefully gain that little bit extra length I would really like.

Apart from that I plan to keep working on my sexual relationship with my wife and hope to expand our universe as our kids are starting to be a bit older and needing less attention.

I also learned it's okay to take a break and don't beat yourself up when the PE training isn't going as well as hoped. So I am still just doing light maintenance work and EQ improvement stuff for now.

                  Enjoy the holidays fellow PE-gymnasts!

I relearned that PE is for me. And I am for PE. I remembered how much I like interacting with people on this site. POSITIVITY IS RULER of the world. Everything is better with a positive attitude. Merry Christmas even to those who don't celebrate the holiday. I still offer you love and encouragement. Happy 2017, may it be the best year ever.

Im really glad I finally decided to actively join the community and interact with u guys.

I think my biggest thing that I have learned, or more so re-confirmed, is science. I find a goal, write it down, research a program, start applying the program, records results, and constant feed back loop.

                            1. If you stop doing PE you no longer make gains.
                            2. I should start up PE again in 2017.

                              I've learned quite a bit.

                              1. Warm up for a long time
                              2. Ulis are good
                              3. Flaccid shrinks a lot in the cold, significantly more than pre-PE for me anyways
                              4. Read anything you can on the exercises you're doing, and try them lightly before adding them to your routine
                              5. If you're going for girth don't bother jelqing below 50%
                              6. Small dark lines on your penis are veins, don't freak out over them
                              7. Bundled stretches and tunica tugs are great
                              8. Don't feel too bad about taking a break, it's better to do PE when you're feeling good anyways
                              9. Ask for help
                              10. Don't compare your progress to others, what works for them might not work for you and you won't grow the same.

                              Anyways here's to 2017 gains.
                              Start
                              BPEL: 6.75-7"(not a good measurement)
BEG: 5ish (not a good measurement)

                              Current (4/10/2018)
                              BPEL: 8"
                              MSEG: 5.375-5.45"

                              Goal
                              BPEL: 8"+
                              MSEG: 6"
