I plan on doing kegels like this:
50 x 5 sec holds
for about 4-5 days of the week so I can improve my Erection Quality.
Is this going to lead to imbalances in the future if I don't do Reverse Kegels? I heard those kind of kegels are also important in balancing PF but I don't know if they are necessary in my case. All I'm trying to do is bring up my stamina and EQ (which currently sucks) so I can do a beginner routine effectively.
