I've also done Jelqing for nearly 3 months with minimum to no gains.
Took BigAl's coaching and hoping for good now.

I say it's time well spent actually, you found what doesn't work for you, so now you can adjust and try what might. No way around the trials really. I spent a number of years with zero gains, but when I found the right combo for me the gains began. Over an inch gain both length and girth later, I'm mighty happy I didn't give up.
At what point would you decide the current program isn't working? I just finished my first month and haven't seen gains that I can tell, not that I would expect to this early as I hear it takes 3 months to see decent progress. Do you think a month is enough time to determine what's working or not?
