Simply for the sake of rigor, it's worth pointing out that the systematic review you've linked was indeed the best estimate of the true average at the time it was conducted (we can only ever estimate the true value, we can't know it for certain without having data on every person alive). Also, an additional study has been published since, reporting results in a Saudi population (Habous et al. 2015).
