I started to consistently stretch and jelq this year around the second week of January. Started off 3.9 flaccid and a bit over 6.8BPL, my routine starts off with 2 heat packs wrapped around the shaft while pulling and holding for roughly 3-4 minutes, I move onto the basic stretch holding each position for a minute and half altogether through reps with helicopter twirls, then I v-stretch for 30 seconds each in 5 different spots, helicopter twirl, jelqing firmly at the base area roughly 150-200 times with 3 minute clamping afterwards. As far as healthy habits, I drink a gallon of water every single day regardless of what goes on, hydration is very important to me, I try to eat a banana or two at least every day and I also take about a teaspoon of ginger root every day. At this time, I'm currently 4.3 flaccid and right at 7.4BPL with my girth remaining the same at 5.1. I've noticed that a lot of my fat pad has been lost. Hopefully this information might be helpful! I was skeptical about PE, lots of research and inspirational forums helped motivate me to take care of PE 2 days on and 1 day off consistently! I'm glad I did, and I'm still working at it.
