How effective are this stretches, I do all other directions, up, side to side, behind the cheeks, over arm bends (I can't remember the name for this one), L.a.s....... mmm..... yada-yada a bunch I make some up once in a while....
But i never do downward stretches since my newbie days.
How good are they?

. When I first started BigAls jelq free routine, I didn't care for them too much as I wasn't feeling as much like I did with the JP90 stretches. I've recently gone back to the S2S and I have started dong them in a deep squat position. Not a full hindi because, well the floor gets in the way of the S2S motion. But I do them in a deep squat with a wide stance. I don't know if you are talking about a static downward stretch, but the S2S are still downward. I like them a lot more this way. I get a static stretch on my PF with added stretch of S2S.
